Be the light you wish to see in the world because what you do, what you say, what you share and choose to let into your world... these are the things that will color your world.
The light you shine will reflect the things you surround yourself with. If you only focus your light into the darkness and negativity, that's all you'll ever see. If you choose to shine your light on the positive things, those will become dominant in your view.
It's important to zoom out and get perspective, to be aware of the world around you, but try to make choices that help make your little part of the world brighter.
