Our Story

The Bombshelter was started in the summer of 1999 by two brothers from Northern California. The Bombshelter is broadcast from Reno, NV on the FM airwaves EVERY SUNDAY night at 10pm PST (102.9fm) and online 24/7 at www.bombshelter.fm. The Bombshelter does not play your typical rap/hip hop. The playlist is comprised of uplifting, conscious, positive music. Mixes are interlaced with pop-culture audio clips & imagery consistent with the vibe.
