Happy New Year! With it being an election year, let us share how Major Anderson’s lawsuit against the United States Air Force could affect who wins the 2024 Presidential election!
For starters Major was offered a Presidential Pardon from the Trump administration that he declined for a new trial. Here is a pic with Major Anderson and two service members President Trump did pardon (1LT Clint Lorance and Major Mathew Golsteyn) at a campain fundraiser in 2020.
For those of you who don't know or may have forgotten, in 2015, Major Anderson was wrongfully and falsely convicted for sexually assaulting his wife. Accusations were placed on Major Anderson only after he discovered her affair and after he was awarded custody of their young daughter.
Prior to trial through her divorce attorney trying to broker a deal, she bribed that if Major Anderson gave her custody, then she would drop the charges and not testify.

During trial Major Anderson opted for a judge alone jury, figuring with no physical evidence he committed a crime coupled with civilian police officers also affirming he never committed a crime, would be enough to prove his innocence.
Unfortunately the judge was instructed to believe the victim.
Unbeknownst to Major Anderson two years prior to his trial, in 2013 the Air Force's top federal prosecutor, Lieutenant General Richard C. Harding, gave the order to all military judges that victims will be believed and all accusations will go to trial.

At the time when General Harding was instructed to give this unlawful order that violated due process protections guaranteed in our Constitution under the 5th Amendment, Barack Obama was President and Joe Biden was his Vice President.
In June 2022, with evidence of witness tampering, evidence suppression, and prosecutorial misconduct, US Congressman Barry Moore (R-AL) sent a memo to President Biden requesting the Department of Justice to investigate Major Anderson’s case 👇🏾

It appears President Biden does not want the Department of Justice to look into Major Anderson’s case, as we can only speculate would also mean they'd have to investigate General Harding too (along with senior government officials who ordered him), which is why President Biden pushed US Congressman Barry Moore's request back to the Air Force to investigate themselves, where of course they found no fault.
In an election year where President Trump is on trial by the Department of Justice for interfering with the 12th Amendment, one can certainly speculate again, President Biden would consider it political su***de to have the Department of Justice potentially investigate him and others for interfering with the 5th Amendment in Major Anderson’s case.
This federal lawsuit filed in Alabama's 11th federal district where Major Anderson is representing himself, scares a lot of people which is the reason why the Department of Justice have requested several extensions just to respond to it 👇🏾
