What an AMAZING first segment of The Deep Dig on The BIG DIG! Thank you Glendon Gross for your bravery and honesty in talking about your struggles with mental health but also to show us that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We honored some of our friends that were lost this year. We had an incredible, frank, honest, open discussion about some of the abuses in our Jazz community and how they affect us and our mental health.
Next week we continue with another segment concerning corruption in our Jazz community and how that affects us mentally. How people that already have to deal with the stigma of mental illness are targeted by narcissists.
