GOOD MORNING 🌪️ waking up to an uneasy feeling in my gut about today’s weather. The risk for a tornado outbreak in the Deep South has INCREASED. Although the ‘bullseye’ on the map is not encompassing SE LA, our (level 2&3) should not be taken lightly. Atmospheric conditions are very favorable of producing DANGEROUS storms late this evening and into the night.
Stay weather aware. Have a way to receive warnings EVEN IF YOU ARE SLEEPING. Check in on your advanced aged friends and neighbors, and be mindful of the integrity of your home.
If a tornado warning is issued, head to the lowest level of your home. Interior rooms, away from doors and windows.
