One of the keys that makes social media strategies successful is... CONSISTENCY.
Consistency is key!
One of the most important factors in social media success is maintaining a consistent presence.
By regularly posting high-quality content and engaging with your audience, you can build a loyal following and increase your brand visibility.
What is your number #1 question when it comes to Social Media Strategy? I’d love to share my knowledge with you, so ask away!
Any attempt to build your own brand without a clear vision will fail. In the long run, your efforts will yield little to no returns since you will find yourself posting for the sake of posting.
In this post, we'll go over six reasons why having a good social media strategy may help your business.
1. To Establish a Powerful Organic Presence
Developing a powerful presence across social media platforms is the primary reason why you should have a social media strategy.
You will be able to schedule and set up posts ahead of time. Consequently, this will give you the ability to do the utmost important task in this fiasco: post content consistently.
One of the biggest reasons social media accounts stop expanding is a failure to maintain consistency.
2. To stop wasting time
Who doesn't want more spare time? This is another advantage that you will get on implementing such strategy as this will save you more time.
Organizing and scheduling your posts for the next few days or months may drastically minimize the time spent you actually spend doing it everyday—even doing it may seem like a big task at first.
You won't have time to stare at a blank screen as you will be focusing on other tasks and asssessing what actually works.
3. Improve Your Audience Targeting
How does a social media strategy help you better target your audience?
Including audience interaction features (such as polls) in your updates as part of your plan might help you better understand your audience's pain issues and how you can deliver value to remedy them.
4. Let Your Creative Juices Flow and Produce Quality Content
A social media strategy analyzes the components, techniques, and networks that work and do not work for your business.
A plan that is connected with your company will help you to be creative with your content while also making it simpler to develop great material that resonates to your target audience.
Whatever it is, you will be able to demonstrate to your audience that you ar
Social media engagement is a means for you to reach out to those who might benefit from your service and make yourself visible - letting your audience know that you exist.
Because, let's face it.
The market is so competitive that you aren't the only one providing business, mindset or life coaching.
A similar service is provided by thousands of other persons as well.
However, not everybody has the time to interact and genuinely develop relationships with their ideal clients.
Although trends are evolving, the basics do not. Marketing strategies may have changed in numerous ways, but nonetheless...
🌟People purchase from people.
🌟People must trust you before they commit and invest
🌟People need to see you consistently in order to understand the value of what you offer.
Although you have an audience full of potential customers, one factor that slows down your conversion cycle is you don't prioritize engagement in your money-making activities.
Come to think of this... What will happen if you interact with your community in a meaningful way?
✅Your lead generation efforts will be reduced because you've already warmed up your prospects.
✅Your audience will regularly view your posts because you're activating your algorithm's engagements, which leads to a skyrocket in cash flow.
✅Your audience will feel valued and understood, which will make them more receptive to learning more about your services.
A simple "Hello" or welcome message could result in service inquiries.
It all boils down to a successful, human-centered strategy and closely monitored engagement activities.
However, engagement is not a conversion technique, to clarify. It aids in minimizing the distance between you and your ideal clients. It will assist you in boosting your sales or conversion when combined with your marketing and sales methods.

Coaches, how are you doing with IG and FB direct messages?
If you want to increase your sales on IG and FB, direct messages (also known as DMs) are an effective, free tool that you just must have.
Reaching out to individuals actively and developing relationships through DMs is a particularly effective strategy to obtain clients when you're just starting out with your business and don't currently have a large audience to engage with your posts or emails.
Or you've been doing your business for awhile but you're still struggling with nurturing and converting your prospects to paying clients.
The ideal DM method is quite different from those unwanted DMs where users are merely promoting their services. You are aware of how it feels to receive those. It feels disgusting and icky.
So how can you generate money while slipping into the DMs without being pushy and salesy?
Keep it authentic and personal. It shouldn't sound unnatural or come out as unauthentic.
Prior to initiating a DM interaction, warm up the prospects.
• Engage Prior The DM:
Leave thoughtful comments on their feed posts and Reels. Never just "like" a post. Display sincere interest!
• Quality above quantity:
Making a sale on Instagram doesn't require you to DM 20, 50, or 100 users every day. You want to interact with a select set of individuals who make up your target market. Spending effort warming up a lead that doesn't require your service is a waste of time. I call this a pre-qualification phase before starting with any engagements.
• Separate Yourself from the Result:
Never enter a DM conversation with the goal of selling your services. If you do that, your number will be blacklisted as another obnoxious telemarketer. That's true! Your main goal and intention should be to establish a relationship with the person.
Here's the process of my DM strategy:
-Watch your ideal client’s storie
Are you running a business with a lot on your plate? With you, all alone, to do everything—including creating content.
That’s when repurposing comes into play (and what I help my clients with).
What about using the time you spent for developing content to repurposing instead? You probably haven't noticed it but the majority of your time are wasted on creating content.
The concept behind repurposing is to develop a piece of content wherein it will be divided into smaller bits, just to support the gist of the content itself.
However, the time used on all that has not totally gone into waste—that one post you stayed up all night making could be worth a week's worth of content.
Repurposing has a lot of perks; here are three of them:
1. Time efficient
2. Prolongs content lifespan. If I am pulling all-nighters creating content, I would not want it to die just after a few hours of being published on social media.
3. It reaches target audience (eventually). Can you still recall the marketing's rule of 7? Your intended group has probably not seen one single post of yours, so making more similar content could reach them one way or another.
I cannot wait to share with you how repurposing actually is and how you may use it to your own business.
This is the same system I use for my clients' businesses.
Here is the Content Workflow with my buddy, repurposing:
Step 1: Getting a copy of your Free Masterclass or Podcast or Workshops
Step 2: Create audio or video snippets of the masterclass or podcast and share them to social media (Facebook, Instagram Feed, Reels, IGTV)
Step 3: Make use of the script (whatever you like) to prepare for a blog.
Step 4: Convert videos into a blog, which also started the same way.
Do this weekly.
Wondering how to create effective content?
Here are some popular advice that I can give you when it comes to creating content that converts.
✅Develop A Content Calendar
Prepare your content ahead of time and understand the purpose for each content.
✅Be intentional in making time to write your content
It is crucial to know when to create your content as it can be taxing—the last thing you want is to overwhelm youself.
✅Create your content tasks in batches
It's another way of making your content creation seamlessly. When your brain has less strain from switching from task to task, the better the quality outcome.
✅Speak to your target audience through your content
It is important to know your audience, their deepest desires and how you can best serve them. Making generalized content is just a waste of time; understand your audience for better reach.
If you're having a hard time of consistently creating content that converts, maybe it's time to get someone to support you.

Read what my client has to say about what our support has done for her business.
“It has taken me a while to write this and if that isn’t a testimony for Regina, I don’t know what else is. Regina has been and continues to be a blessing to my business. What started out as needing a social media quote for a client, has transitioned into Regina handling my social media content as well as working with me to get my membership organized and up and running. I’m not always an easy client as I have a lot of balls in the air and tend to forget things, this I know, but Regina is always patient and continues to remind me of outstanding tasks so we can continue to move forward. I don’t know where things would be without Regina in my business’ corner. Thanks so much!”
We treat your business like ours, so you won't have to worry if your business is always thriving on social media or not.
