is back! To start off our current run of the series we head back a decade to Streatham Common with M&L Pleasure Fairs with their Extreme, which they owned at the time. Since then this machine has changed ownership and currently tours Ireland with Thomas Irish.

Hey folks, hope you've all had a lovely week in this glorious weather! Just a bit of news on what's happening with the page and another PSA, sadly.

We are a Fan Page, we are not a showman, we are not organisers of a fair or any fair in the country. You can tell by rhe name of the page, UK Fair PHOTOS. We specialise in photos of fsirgrounds, and the odd video.

Anyway, we should have gone to 3 places yesterday (1/8/2024) however the trains let us down so we cancelled that, but that won't stop us over the coming week bringing you more content! We should have a plethora of content coming to the page soon so keep an eye out. Also returning is our feature, which should be going live this evening and then every Friday for a while!

Kerry Kayes, part of Kayes Fairs & Events (West Midlands) has sold her 1998 Nottingham UK Miami "The Edge" to Charles Deakin. The ride should be making its debut under Deakin's ownership in Penzance soon.

We wish Charles Deakin all the best with this lovely machine.

Hey folks, just a quick "PSA" (so to speak).

Please, if you are going to use our photographs and/or videos in your content, ASK FIRST. We will normally say yes and even provide the original files (if available) for you, don't just take them, not even bother to ask, then publish them thinking a credit is good enough. We have firm agreements setup with select pages/companies who are more than welcome to do that, but most don't so next time, please ask. We don't want to strike down content, but we will whenever this happens.

Anyway, on a more positive note, we have some content coming soon from Perry Barr where Bob Wilson's Funfairs are currently!

Our photos from opening inght at Birmingham beach, the premier Summer event held on the Smithfield site in Birmingham behind the Bullring. The line-up for this year's Beach has been improved with Hackett's bringing the iconic Acrobat out, , Billy Joe Butlin bringing his Orbiter, Dodgems & Pirate Ship, 3 Rollercoasters and regular attending rides like Music Express, Paratrooper, Air, Star Flyer & Top Spin.

Our photos from build-up at the 2024 Wednesbury Carnival. The line-up this year is slightly differen, seeing a returning staple of the Carnival being Charles Harris Fun Fairs UK's immaculate No.1 Sizzler, then for the first time we are seeing Stanley Freeman's Spritzer Miami in attendance! A machine we have wanted to see for such a long time. Also in attendance was a Fun House (unsure on owner) and Charles Harris's Inflatables are also attending.

For anyone in the local area, the Carnival is on 13th July 2024 between 11:00am and around 5:00pm.

It's a busy one for us today! We're currently at Whitworth Park, Manchester for the debut of Daley and Chantelle Harniess’ (under the name Deluxe Rides LTD) brand new PWS RIDES Twist, which looks absolutely outstanding! Artwork for this ride was supplied by Showman Signs and what a design too! Loving the almost steampunk "cog" design for this Twist.

We have been immensely impressed with the recent PWS Twists that have debuted. Other rides at this fair include Toxic, Mexican Wave, Cliffhanger and Daley’s Waltzer.

Our photos from Pat Collins Funfairs presentation at Dartmouth Park, West Bromwich.

The fair is open from Friday 5th untiul Sunday 7th, with Sunday having a vintage Vehicle show in the space next to the fair opposite the memorial.

Please note, we do not normally photograph Juvenile rides (Kids rides) however, as the fair is closed currently (opening Friday evening) and we attended Friday morning, we felt it fine to photograph them while closed.

Hey folks! The weather lately has been lovely hasn't it.

I thought I'd just do a quick update on how we're doing, what the latest content we have on social media and just a general catch up.

So, our latest content on Facebook has been from our latest trip to north Wales including Fun Land Tir Prince, Knightly's Fun Park & Children's Village Rhyl. Alongside that earlier in June we covered the debut of Graham Stokes' new Venom Remix Mk.2.

In terms of video content over on YouTube, we have a plethora of content going up from the north Wales trip, including POVs from Knightly's & Fun Land. Keep an eye out on the YouTube for more!

So, now onto us, we're doing quite well to be honest. The team are taking it a little easy and planning our next trips around the country. There has been some controversy recently where UKFP was dragged into something that it shouldn't have been, that's no issue for us, we've grown since then and continue to grow! We've never begged for views, we've never begged for subs, we've never paid for advertising. We're a naturally growing channel/page and we're proud of that.

However, we have noticed that some individuals seem to be using bots to artificially inflate our YouTube subscriber count. That is very much uncalled for and we are actively working with YouTube to find out who's doing this and have our original, organic subscriber count restored. It's a shame some people think it's okay to do this.

Anyway, it's soon going to be July, hasn't the year flown by so far! During July we should be covering a plethora of fairs including Pat Collins, Charles Harris Funfairs UK at the Wednesbury Carnival and hopefully some more events as we make our choices on where to go!

Instagram is more or less our second home when it comes to content, and we love to keep active on there alongside the page! We would love it if you could drop us a cheeky follow on there, if you want to that is!

We're planning to move our long-standing (and sometimes forgotten about) series to Instagram exclusively soon, so that'll be the place to see flashbacks into the UKFP archive, and maybe this time with a bit more of a media focused approach. Video Flashbacks anyone?

Hey folks! We have been making some plans for the weekend and on Saturday 8th Adam is going on a small run of fairs in the local area. The 2nd fair were going to is Willenhall Carnival which will feature Charles Harris Fun Fairs UK with their attractions and possibly some more rides! That's not where we're starting though. To start the day we're heading to Rugeley to see Orbital Funfairs where their brand new Venom Tivoli Remix is making it's debut!

We'll hopefully be bringing photos live from the ground, network permitting, and who knows, we may even go live if we can!

Regardless if you're doing a funfair or not this weekend, have fun!
