*DEVELOPING STORY IN OHIO*

Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s officials are investigating an apparent double-shooting and su***de late Sunday at a Dennison area home involving a married couple and the woman’s father. Deputies arrived at 11:31 and found two men dead, one with a gun in his hand. The woman had also been shot. She was taken to a Canton hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sheriff Campbell states the incident appears to be the result of a marriage gone “very bad.” No names are being released right now. We will you keep you updated as more information comes to light.

A Montgomery County jury last week convicted Victor Santana on charges of murder and felonious assault for the 2019 shooting deaths of 17-year-old Javier Harrison and Devin Henderson. Prosecutors said Santana snuck up on the Dayton teens, while they were trespassing in a car and smoking ma*****na inside the detached garage behind Santana’s home. He faces life in prison and it’s unclear whether Ohio’s new “stand your ground” law will help him legally.
