Let’s talk about life and hair. With last year’s toughest challenges, I experienced stress like never before. It affected not just my spiritual & mental health, but also physical health. My body developed sorts of allergies, lost weight, and then you guessed it — hair thinning. I was losing so much hair, and I was just not ready to lose my long healthy wavy hair! 😭🥺 Thankfully, by learning how to take care of my body (trying to sleep right, getting some sun, exercise) spirit (thru God’s guidance & trusted ppl) and using the CORRECT hair products for my hair, I’m finally restoring my hair health.
