Rough Cut Records In 1995 Rough Cut records was brought to life by Jamez. In 1994, Jamez already started Touché recor Sometimes difficult to classifie, but that didn’t stop DJ’s.

Where the Touché sound was more tech house, Rough Cut gave Jamez the possibility to experiment more with the harder sound of techno. Minimalistic, acid, distorted breakbeats, but always with a touch of soul and warmth. With limited pressed vinyls it found it’s way in record cases all over the world. With strange projects like Boom! (by Laidback Luke) and Pitch Black (by DJ Paradise and John Consem

ulder) and the best selling project The Electric 10 ( by Jamez and Jerry) with over 5 releases. This project was also noticed by Kevin Saunderson and put on his X-Mix compilation album. After a break, Rough Cut is back. With the back catalogue soon available and new tracks ready to do mayhem on the techno dancefloors....
