You can also record the show using the 'TuneIn Radio Pro' app.. TUNE IN RADIO APP http://tunein.com/ There is a great little app that you can use on your iPhone, iPad or other Smartphone. There is a free version but for a small fee you can get the Pro Version which enables you to record the show and listen as many times as you want! Just visit one of these links.. FREE VERSION iPhone: http://tiny.cc/tuneiniphone Android: http://tiny.cc/tuneinandroid PRO VERSION iPhone: http://tiny.cc/tuneinPROiphone (69p) Android: http://tiny.cc/tuneinPROandroid (61p) Once you have downloaded and installed the app, search for 'Globegig' and save to your Favourites by clicking on the Heart icon, top right. Select 'Globegig' from your Favourites and press 'play'. Then you just press the 'record' button. Any shows you have recorded are saved to the 'Recording's' section. *You can even set an alarm to remind you of the show's start time / automatically record and you don't have to have the volume turned up to record the show. So if you're busy on a Sunday night why not just record the show and listen at a time when it's convenient.. in the car, whilst doing your housework... listen to all those classic tunes that Eddie plays again and again! *TO SET AN ALARM/AUTOMATIC RECORDING: Locate 'Fylde Coast Radio' in the 'favourites' section. Once selected and displayed click the 'List' icon, top right. - Choose 'Set alarm/record timer' - Set 'enabled' and 'record' to ON - Set 'duration' to 2HR - Set 'repeat' to SUN - In the dial below set the time to 17.00 That's it! As long as the app is open or running in the background** recording will automatically start and record according to your selections. It will even change the station to the one that was selected when you set the alarm. Of course you must make sure you have an internet connection. **When you have the TuneIn app running and you can hear the radio, you can still use other apps on your iPhone. Just press the middle button on your phone and your home screen will appear enabling you to listen to the radio whilst using other apps on your phone. This is the app running in the background. If you have set the alarm/automatic recording as detailed above the show will automatically record, even if the volume is turned down. To exit the app completely press the middle button twice in quick succession. The apps that are currently running on your phone will appear at the bottom of the screen. To properly close these apps, touch and hold one of the icons. A red minus sign will appear and the app icons will wobble. Pressing the red minus sign closes the app.. do not worry, it is not deleting the app! Closing the apps using this method stops them from draining your battery.
