I took up digital photography a couple of years ago after buying my first quasi-professional digital camera. Call it my hobby, call it my passion... the truth is, Photography never really leaves my mind... Even a minor change in my surroundings sets the clockwork ticking and out comes the camera! I joined the Photography Club of Agra as a learning ground where I could sharpen my skills with the ca
mera and it has proved quite beneficial. I have been able to learn a great deal from some of the best photographers of the region. Unfortunately, Photography is not just any hobby... in fact, it should be called the King of Hobbies, for the expenses linked with this hobby are indeed princely! Serious amateur photography is hardly something for those with shallow pockets. Expensive professional cameras, lenses, equipment... when you add it up, it no longer remains just a hobby! Although I'm not planning a career change and intend to keep Photography what it is... a hobby, but I'd like it if I am able to sell or license some of my images so that I can keep things from boiling over on the home front :-)
