A surprise Proposal in a birthday party. It's the perfect cover up!

Watch as Andy turns his girlfriend's birthday celebration, into a surprise marriage proposal. The best part was she did not see it coming and...... She said YES! It was an emotional night full of tears, joy and laughter.

The Project was a Success! 5 months of planning finally paid off. Kudos to Andy and his master plan.

2 months ago a close friend of mine, Dennis rang me up telling me that one of his long-standing buddies by the named of Andy, wanted to propose to his girlfriend. He wanted to do it in a different and meaningful way, and needed some help from me. So Andy and I met for breakfast and we had a long discussion. Andy told me stories of how he met his girlfriend, Ferinna, who is working as a flight-attendant in Singapore Airlines. He showed me a slideshow he created full of their happy times together overseas in various occasions(not forgetting the cute dog and the 'juling' cat. haha). By seeing the slideshow, I knew they were deeply in love with each other. They had sparks and their eyes, something you Only see when two souls are into each other. These two is what the Malays normally describe as "Bagai pinang dibelah dua", which basically means; they are destined to be together.
The Blessing;
In June, Andy had secretly planned with Ferinna's sisters for a meetup with her parents to seek their permission and blessing. Andy and I kept in touch via Whatsapp and shared ideas. We spent our after-work time brainstorming on the video outcome. As nervous as Andy was on the day, everything went well according to plan. He did great and earned himself a "Yes" from Ferinna's father, and was greeted into the family by Ferinna's mother shortly after.
First step's done! Now onto the proposal.
The Birthday Proposal;
Andy's masterplan was to have a birthday celebration planned for Ferinna at a hotel, with her sisters and close friends invited, and at the last minute Andy had to cancel his attendance due to emergency work.
15 minutes before midnight, a video will be played for everyone to see. The video contains a photo slideshow that Andy created specially for Ferinna, followed with the Blessing by her parents.
At the last part of the video, Andy appears to be arriving at the hotel lobby, making his way towards the room to meet Ferinna.
