“Women don’t belong in the boardroom”

This is what my last CEO said during our sales meeting in which I was the only woman in the team.

My direct supervisor looked at me, as he knew my personality all too well and didn’t want to see his number 1 sales employee get fired.

Direct, honest to a fault, unphased by authority - he knew that I was dying to give the CEO a piece of my thoughts. I am Dutch after all.

My head must have looked like that emoji, with the smoke coming out the nose. That’s how I felt, like that emoji.

And his eyes begged me to keep my mouth shut. And I did… because I didn’t want to get fired.

See in the few months before that, anyone who didn’t hit their sales quota for two days, was fired.

So, I kept my mouth shut, to save my ass. But deep down inside I knew right at that moment, that working for another persons dream, especially that of a white male chauvinistic pig, was not going to be my forever path.

I am too honest. And therefore the worst employee ever. And if I wanted to keep my jobs, I’d have to let part of my personality go.

I and refuse to water down my opinion.

And if I can’t sit at your table, I’ll build my own. For women only.

A few months later, I worked so hard for this man I permanently disabled myself. While I sat at home, not knowing if i’d ever walk again, the pandamic saw the entire sales team get made redundant and I thought I lost everything…

I took matters back into my own hands and started my High Ticket Marketing journey.

Talking and thinking constantly about how unfit you are, won’t get you in the vibration to get your ass in the gym.

Talking and thinking constantly about how your relationship sucks, will not put you in the vibration to find an actual solution.

Hear me out because here’s how it works.

What you don’t want or are dissatisfied with in your current reality emit vibrations of:
⛔️Not enoughness
⛔️Dissappointment
⛔️Fear
⛔️Or any other negative emotions you want to use here.

What you do want emits vibrations of
🌈Eagerness
🌈Exhilaration
🌈Empowerment
🌈In other words, your inner Goddess vibes.

See how these are complete opposites?

So they key to moving towards what you do want, without automatically be disappointed with the lack of that thing currently, is to practise the vibration of what you do want every day over and over again.

4 things I’d focus on to get my first 10K in 3 months faster online through Affiliate Marketing If i was starting again!

I started my online freedom business as a complete newbie, with some limiting beliefs about making money online. I had a small audience and my ex partner instilled that social media was for attention seekers.
If I had my time again, this is how I would come out guns blazing.

💦 First, I would deep into my ‘why’ and develop this into a strong brand message.

I’d ask myself: “How will this freedom business change my life and that of others?” The reason you started and what is what will draw people in to follow your example. You are the permission slip for others chose their health, wealth and freedom too.

✅ Then, I would draw on my transferrable skills, life lessons and personal values to create content that is authentic, aligns with who I am and what I am already confident about.

I could have aknowledged my experience in the health space, mentoring team and sales sooner.

You may be new in this profession, but you are not new to life. No one does you more beautifully then you. Embrace your authority to create content confidently.

💦 Next, instead of thinking you need to go straight into teaching mode, share what you are doing and what you learning instead.

Your newcomer phase is the best time to invite people to join you in your journey. You are only one step ahead and ‘just starting’ will feel doable for your audience too.

Isn’t it funny that from the billions of money being made in the health indusry, none of it goes towards education people on natural ways to stay on top of their health. This has become especially important for me as I now have two chronic pain conditions I manage. Migraines and permanent nerve disease. After relying on pharmaceutical medications, being zombied out most of the day, and they still not working for my conditions, I decided to go au-natural for my health.. With the help of my specialists I came off all medications through a 1.5 year detox. I replaced these with natural ways to boost my health. These are the top four that I use. Sleep - when you deal with a chronic condition you need more sleep than ‘regular’ people. I used to feel bad for ‘wasting time’ until I gave in and now feel how more sleep help me staying more on top of the pain. Kangen water - filtered, Alkaline water that is anti oxidant rich and hydrates 6x more than regular water. Fueling my body from the inside out with the purest water to bring me back to origin and fight inflammation. Medical Cannabis - Not a choice for everyone, for me a life saver as it replaced pharmaceuticals completely, helping me with my mental health and physical pain. Daith Piercing - Instead of getting migraines twice a month, I now only get them twice a year. This acupuncture pressure point has really helped me out a lot.
