We're so excited to announce that "The Legend of Stella" won Best Pop Culture Film at the Pensacon Short Film Festival! We're still pretty bummed that we couldn't make it out to Florida for the screening, but we hope that everyone who was able to see the film enjoyed it!
We would like to congratulate all the filmmakers whose films were selected for the 2021 edition of the Pensacon Short Film Festival. We are very happy that we were able to have an in-person event and screen the films to a live audience. Thank you to those filmmakers who were able to attend.
This year's Jury was composed of Corin Nemec, star of "Stargate SG-1" and the original miniseries of Stephen King's "The Stand"; Tony Isabella, comic book writer and creator of Black Lightning; and Mark Maddox, cover illustrator for Shout Factory's Hammer Films collection.
Trophies made by GinGee Girls will be presented to the winners of Best in Show, Jury Selection, and Audience Choice. Certificates will be given to category winners.
