I’m kicking off this Saturday night with x ‘ s “Transplant” the 9.1% Extra Hoppy Ale that was hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Motueka Hop Kief Hops.

A killer collab between two of Quebec’s top breweries.

It pours out with a gorgeous yellow veil, smashes massive tropical fruits on the nose and slaps an enjoyably dry juicy finish.

There is mad hype around Bad Bones Beer and trust me when I say:

I’m kicking off this Saturday with x x ‘s “DOTN 2024” the 7.3% IPA.

It pours out with a cloudy light orange veil, punches sweet ripe peaches on the nose and slap ripe bananas laced with mangos on the finish.

I am beyond stoked that I had the chance to make this killer brew a reality.

Loads of love to & for being incredible humans.

I’m enjoying this fine Saturday afternoon with Brasserie Dieu du Ciel ’s “Péché Mortel Whisky 2024”.

This phenomenal 9.5% stout has been brewed with coffee and then aged for 5 months in whisky barrels from Côte des Saints Quebec.

It pours out with a luxurious dark veil with a creamy mocha foam, smashes lovely whisky on the nose and slaps hard with a rich boozy coffee filled finish.

This magnificent brew is now available in specialty beer stores across Quebec. Grab your Collection Péché 2025 soon because they will all disappear very quickly.
