Was privileged to be featured as one of the key speakers & panelist at the Asian Forumuzik@ KLJAMM on 26th April, 2019.
I was joined on stage by Fred Chong, Group CEO WebTV Asia, Karen Sakurai, Founder NePT Japan and Monica Tong, Music Press Asia.
Our session delved into the "Indie Way", efforts that have been accomplished over the years via our platforms to help develop the music scene, challenges faced and the light at the end of the tunnel for musicians across Asia.
KL Jamm was one of Asia’s premier international music festivals held in Kuala Lumpur. The festival gathered international, regional and local artistes, music industry professionals and fans from across the Asia Pacific region.
It featured Sheila Madjid, Zainal Abidin, Joe Flizzow, Nidji ( Indonesia), Sona One, OAG, Ramli Sarip, NCT Dream ( Korea), PU4LYF, Kashmir Stone, Psychomantra, Yung Raja, Bunkface, Amelina and many more.
Forumuzik was an international symposium and an intellectual discourse on the subject of music, where fellow professionals in the field of digital music, live music, media and advertising will share best practices, success stories and benchmarks to stimulate the growth of the music industry and the national economy at large.
