Even if the idea didn’t materialize, the relentless ambition of the administrator to establish and operate an educational institution in the future consistently remained in his mind. The dream of putting up a school needed a lot of extensive preparation and experience in order to raise the quality of the institution in constant state. It is for this reason, the administrator carefully plans the de

tails that every single information was being treasured for him to manifest his goal more efficient and industrial. Educational knowledge and insights of the field of education are relevant to the challenge in term of the long term service to the local community. With this strong and sincere desire to be of service to the people, the plan of putting up a school was born. It came to shape with its unique drive of services that will ensure the highest standards serve in constant motion. The management carefully studied and reviewed every pertinent requirement through the prescribed provision of a sound and practical curriculum that will instigate right skill and competency in the betterment of every child. This system addresses the developmental needs in their impressionable and formative years of learning experience. The growing number of school age children in the locality and in the nearby communities, who at an early age have shown keen and sustained interest, positive attitude and readiness toward coming to school, served as one of the compelling reasons or decisive factors for the management to move forward and to start putting more definite and distinct shapes to the skeletal plan. The result of preliminary survey conducted clearly indicated the overwhelming positive response of the local community toward the establishment of a new educational institution in their locality, particularly of a school that shall provide good instructional programs and strong instructional leadership, school-wide emphasis on teaching basic skills, safe and environment- friendly campus and high regard for pupil achievement, likewise, a school that shall also attend to the social and emotional needs of the children as these are viewed as essential tools for their academic and future life success. Cognizant therefore of the educative roles of schools in the formation of the young into becoming active members of their family, community and country, the management of Anchor Advance School, Laguna, shall stand firm and steadfast in its commitment toward addressing the educational needs of the children in their formative years and toward achieving the desired goals and objectives of the school in harnessing the potentials of its clientele to the maximum limits of their maturity. "According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve math's, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.
