This vibrant event features 25 students bringing literary characters from their assigned countries to life, celebrating both global diversity and the power of literature.

The Junior High School community came together today, November 7, to celebrate the academic and deportment accomplishments of students and classes at the First Quarter Honors' Convocation.

The event was held in two separate ceremonies: one for Grades 7 and 8, and another for Grades 9 and 10. During the proceedings, outstanding sections from each grade level were recognized for their excellence in both academics and deportment.

BEDAN ADVISORY: Please be informed that all classes on October 28 to 30, 2024 will be conducted online Synchronous Learning Activity (SLA).

These days will be used for the necessary repair and upgrading of maintenance work, installation of latest software in the computer laboratories and attending other issues in certain areas. These tasks demand an environment free from interruptions and require sustained focus, which would be difficult to achieve while classes are ongoing and students are present on campus.

Furthermore face-to-face classes will resume on November 4, 2024 (Monday).

Bedan Community United for Peace

At 9:00 AM today, following the earthquake drill, the Bedan community came together to participate in "One Million Children Praying the Rosary for Unity and Peace."

This global initiative, organized by Aid to the Church in Need International, invited us to join children worldwide in a collective prayer for harmony.

We stood together in faith and hope, embracing this moment of solidarity and devotion.

SBU-IBED Rizal Campus Conducts Unannounced Earthquake Drills

In a proactive measure to enhance safety awareness, the Integrated Basic Education Department of San Beda University held two unannounced emergency drills today. Engaging Grade school pupils, Junior High School, and Senior High School students, along with faculty and staff, the drills aimed to prepare the school community for effective responses in critical situations.

Today, October 16, the Junior High School and Grade School Units participated in their annual earthquake drill, promoting safety awareness and preparedness.

The drill commenced with a loud siren, signaling students and staff to drop, cover, and hold on before evacuating to designated safe zones.

The SBU-IBED community is celebrating its first anniversary as a Laudato Si' University today. The event commenced with a Eucharistic celebration in honor of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. It was followed by a program focused on the principles of Laudato Si' and the commitment to environmental stewardship. 🌍🙏

The IBED community also celebrated the birthday of Rev. Fr. Aloysius M. Maranan, OSB with a heartfelt program that included serenades and special birthday messages.
