After the arrival of Bubs, postpartum hair loss hit me hard. I lost so much hair, experienced thinning, and even noticed balding around my temples. Hair may be considered superficial, but its importance is deeply personal. My self-confidence took a hit. I tried various tricks – hats, changing my part, even using eyeshadow on my scalp – for a quick fix. However, I needed a long-term solution.

Over the past few months, I revamped my hair routine, incorporating supplements and a scalp serum for regrowth.

Here's what I'm doing: minimal heat use, washing every other day, daily scalp serum application and taking hair vitamins from , a break from clip-in extensions, avoiding tight hairstyles, and had a significant haircut in August.

I'm hopeful that this new routine will aid my hair restoration journey. Already, I've noticed a vibrant transformation in my hair's health.

Celebrating sisterhood over brunch …🎄where laughter flows, conversations sparkle, and bonds strengthen. 🌟
Stepping out of my comfort zone, I hosted a sweet brunch for my small group. In the past, I've hesitated to host due to our smaller home size.
But I learned a valuable lesson—it's not about home size or decor, but the created memories and conversation.
This morning, joy and laughter filled our home, leaving my heart filled with happiness. 🥰
What a joy it was to host this sweet Christmas pajama brunch for my small group!
