In Yin Yoga, less is more.
With a focus on floor postures, long holds in each position, and carefully guided breath work, this practice doesn’t require much effort or experience to be enjoyed.
Deeply relaxing to the nervous system, this practice aids in reducing muscle tension, soreness, fatigue, anxiety and stress.
Sound Healing is a form of meditation accompanied by the acoustic harmonies of crystal bowls, attuned to each of the chakras in your body. Made from 99.99% quartz crystal, they create a beautiful vibration & sound that resonates with your body’s frequencies, addressing different aspects of your body's needs. This sound experience is a sensory journey which can stimulate auditory, physical and visual occurrences for the practitioner.
In addition to the crystal bowls, Amanda will play Koshi Chimes, Swinging Chimes, Crystal Pyramid and Steel Tongue Drum for an immersive soundscape experience.

Our favorite place to get a car wash in Highland Park! HLPCW is conveniently located on Figueroa off of Ave 52. You pull in and just choose 1 of their 4 washes, I go for the Platinum because it's the top of the line wash and includes an air freshener and a towel to clean your car. The wash itself is amazing, someone is always outside to check on your car and dry off your mirrors. You then pull into a vacuum stall and you get to use their vacuums to clean your car - it's so satisfying to get all this done in less than 10 minutes.
