The Mark Steven Phillips Estate should have been distributed in June according to the statement itemizing the Alabama house, car auction, and bank account proceeds. Pretty soon that estate settlement will be considered a ‘’bad debt' and I will have to chase after the law firm to collect. Or Mark Phillips is still alive and on the run because he sells illegal gun and banned weapons. I wonder if Hunter Biden needs Mark for something.
But it's still a 'bad debt'. It will be on them. I am not Mark. I am different from Mark.

I am still waiting for the disbursement from Mark's Estate and it is held up. This should have been distributed several months ago, at least the original amount. They have discovered new items outside of the estate recorded by the court For the past two months they have said that they found jewelry. And the whole estate is being held up because of the jewelry. I have asked for the lawyer to disclose what the jewelry is and for two months now, they just won't disclose it. Because if it is Mark's watch, medical alert bracelet, dogtags, and pill dispenser necklace, I don't want it. But if it's something else, they need to itemize it. I have asked the court to reassign the estate lawyer to someone who practices law in Alabama and Michigan.

Interesting Fact- My son Jimmy is pictured in the book All The Way Through-supplemental material. Everyone loves Jimmy. Jimmy's middle name Edward was named after Eddie Fisher who married Debbie Reynolds and who hosted The Eddie Fisher Show. Eddie Fisher's first name is really Edwin. Maybe someday we will change Jimmy's middle name to Edwin instead of Edward or possibly keep it as it is.

The city inspector who inspected my apartment a few months ago, looked like Abigail Disney the grandniece of Walt Disney. Walt Disney was the founder of the Walt Disney Company. I wonder if the city captured her and the inspector job was the only job that she could get to survive. As luck would have it, Abigail inspected my apartment. I can help her escape! As of January 2024, the original Mickey Mouse, Steamboat Willie, went into public domain. I am certain that it affected little Abigail Disney. ("Don't worry little Abigail. You are safe with me. I can help you escape," said Steamboat Willie.) I am working on a storybook titled The Tale of Steamboat Willie and Everything Silly. It is due out Thanksgiving 2026!

I wonder if there are others like us in Lapeer... maybe even from Disney...

Today is my birthday! My half-birthday is Christmas. I like Halloween. (Some people around celebrate half-birthdays too!) My father would tell me that my name was worth money so use it. Tell people who you are. He didn't say more about it than that. So, I starting writing on the side while attending the university in search of my name's worth, maybe someone would tell me there. I have accomplished many things. I am an author, now. My name is a brand, almost. What is my name worth? My father said that it was worth something. Maybe someday, someone, somehow will tell me what he meant. Today is my birthday. On my birthday, I always have a specialty coffee. To be honest, I have a specialty coffee everyday. I'll let you know if I make brownies for my birthday treat.

According to the James Norton and Louise M Phillips Trust, Mark Steven Phillips did not have authority to enter into a Land Contract or personally sell the House to a family member. I think Mark Steven Phillips was coerced to sell the house.
The current price of the house is undervalued. It should be sold at the Current Market Value with a traditional loan from a bank, according to the trust. I won't sell it for $35,000. The house is worth more than $100,000!
Updates to the house 3 bedroom house on 1429 Transue in Burton, Michigan.

(A $35,000 house in that area would be a house with fire damage.)
I think the confusion may be that Sandi lives in a trailer. Phil and Kevin's mom lived in a trailer and trailers are less expensive than a house. :( They think that the house is worth less but a house is worth more than a trailer.

Social Security Benefits including Social Security Retirement Benefit purchases should be tracked. Those benefits should not be used to purchase illegal goods or to engage in illegal activities such as banned weapons or illegal narcotics. If it is discovered that the benefits were used for illegal goods or illegal activities the benefits should be cancelled for the recipient and paid back to the government.

Dear Governor Gretchen Whitmer,
The public school system must change the school curriculum where ALL students are enrolled in College Prep courses. Then all students are assessed equally.

The current system has two performance assessment paths to equal.one overall gpa assessment. That is an incorrect assessment. There is a skilled worker path and a college prep path that have different core requirements. The skilled worker students are applying for college with the same grade assessment as a college prep student and they are not qualified or prepared to attend college. Or the public school system should award two separate diplomas.
