Journey
Hi! My name is Noor. I was born in the City of Zamboanga (The City of Flowers). So let me tell you how I have grown to love makeup. It was back in 2012 when I had my very first job at a BPO industry and being surrounded with great fashionable people inspired me to start exploring the world of fashion and make-up and so that’s where the journey has started.
I never really had the idea on what’s makeup all about, all I knew back then was just the use of the loose powder. I could still remember getting my self makeup stuff and applying it was extremely insane as I look funny as a clown. But I pushed my self, watched videos and kept on practicing until I became much more comfortable doing it.
Back in 2015, I was given the opportunity in joining an international makeup school and was able to study basic makeup at the Tajmeel International Beauty Academy in Qatar. It was all of it. That’s how I became more comfortable and eventually became more passionate about it.
In the recent time I find makeup as my stress reliever. It makes me feel better on my darkest days. Keeping my self busy by doing it and recording it made time pass by fast and makes me feel productive too.
