The Rice St."Old School" Boxing Gym will be featured at this years Irish Fair of Minnesota presenting boxing exhibitions, meet and greets with former boxers including Mike Evgen, Danny Morgan and more. The boxing showcase began yesterday and will be at the Irish Fair this Saturday and Sunday Aug. 10-11.

Morrell moved up from the super middleweight division in search of bigger fights while continuing to target David Benavidez who moved up to the light heavyweight division last June.

Join boxing fans today for a 13-bout event, with doors opening at 12:00 PM and the first bell ringing at 1:00 PM CST.

Meet and greet with former boxers and Minnesota Boxing Hall of Fame inductees, adding to the excitement of the live matches.
The outdoor event will be held at the Rice and Arlington Sports Complex, located at 1500 Rice Street (at the intersection of Rice St. and Nebraska St.).
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, door donations will directly benefit the Rice Street Gym, supporting local boxers and their families. Come out and show your support!
Featherweight Jessica Danielle Radtke Maltez of Brainard, MN looks to go 2-0 as a pro tonight (July 27, 2024) at Ho-Chunk Gaming Casino in Wittenberg, Wisconsin.
Radtke-Maltez weighed in last night at 125 pounds while her opponent Hannah Rapp was 126.8.
Mixed martial artist Randy Santiago will make his pro boxing debut on the show and will weigh in today.

The August 3, 2024 professional boxing show set to take place in Saint Paul, MN has been cancelled. The main event featured Leo Medel of Apple Valley taking on Brandon Baue in a rematch bout. Details as to the reason for cancellation have not been released yet.

The next pro boxing card for MN has been announced which takes place on August 3, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN. The main event features Leo Medel of Apple Valley taking on Andre Byrd in a rematch bout in which Medel came out on top last December by split decision. The two battle this time for the vacant Mid America Middleweight title.

Ignite Fights presents Muay Thai Kickboxing and MMA show tomorrow afternoon/evening at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN beginning at 2 PM.
The co-main event of the night features local stars Ashkan Morvari vs Bobby Lee meeting in a highly anticipated rematch.
Caleb Truax has continued to work with Ashkan on his striking since right after his last win in February and says he is excited to see how this fight plays out.

This Saturdays boxing card set to take place at the Double Tree by Hilton in Bloomington, MN has been canceled. Matt Schowalter of the MN Combative Sports Commission confirmed with us this morning. The show was set to feature Corey Thompson vs Mengistu Zarzar plus Jerred Bradford, Oscar Soto, Andrew Griggs, Terrence Walker, Isayah Smith and more. Rumors of a reschedule are circulating for late July but nothing is set according to Schowalter.
