Good morning worldwide, I feel like it's been a while since the last reel I posted. I had been thinking a lot about locations where I could try to record a new dub, and at the same time, I didn't know which riddim to present... anyway. The best thing about music is improvising; that's what Dub is about, and life itself.

Two days ago, I picked up this rhythm again and connected it to the Akai midimix. After a small session at "home," I went out to the street to try out this dubplate. After the rain, I found a small spot with good acoustics (and somewhat dry) where I set up to improvise this version of a track I recorded on my last visit to Mexico with my Jah Lion's broda Mistah Kiryku. This is a kind of remix, as the vocals were originally sent to France.

Ecstatic Dance?

- Ecstatic dance is a practice with contemporary origins in Hawaii, but dance as a means to achieve ecstasy dates back several centuries.

The modern version of Ecstatic Dance can be defined as a "laboratory of the body that dispenses with rules and structures except the guideline of not communicating verbally" (and the non-use of narcotics and alcoholic beverages as well).

The practice of Ecstatic Dance aims to be a way to reach a cathartic state, which is reached when we give freedom of action and movement to the body, through several musical cycles throughout a session led by a DJ or live musicians.

All tribes are welcome, please leave your shoes at the entrance.

This Sunday we will celebrate a gathering and fusion of alternative arts called "Flow OF Nature" - inspired by the intuition and letter, a way of improvisation, free-form arts and corporal flow.

We will take over the ARANA GUEST HOUSE & CULTURAL CENTER, located at the heart of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. With the intention to show the underground face from artists who are living and co-creating an alternative way to consume and live culture in this paradisiacal beach village.

Come and check our Visual Art Instalation, Live Dub Music and Corporal Expression Performance and show your support on the development for an open cultural center.

The Outsidub // Mictlan Bacpackers Riddim (Raw Mix)

Cruz de Infona, aka Crimine 23 or Dabeat Ramirez, laid down some exclusive raps for a One Shot I'm cooking up on the "Rooftop Sound Riddim." This project’s gonna feature a bunch of voices from Mexico's underground rap scene and two special guest appearances from underground French MCs. While I finish up that main dish, I grabbed this acapella and slapped it on a darker, deeper riddim to take it straight to the streets. You know how I roll, always freestyling and mixing live, so I chopped a part of this jam in the streets of Plagwitz, hoping y'all dig it.
