So frustrating to deal with some Lalamove and Grab riders/ drivers. Their app allows you to schedule in advance and give special instructions to the rider, but do they bother to read the booking details such as the pick-up time and the type and size of items to be delivered?
NO.
They insist on getting your items NOW NA and don't even have the proper equipment like the proper box or bag to do their job. Sometimes they even say they'll just tape the items to the back of their bike.
Worse, they'll insist that you cancel the order when they're the ones with the issues and should cancel it.
