I haven't wrote anything in years, haven't used my mic or recorded for a very, very long time. But, I had a song in my heart from me & oldest sons trip to Colorado. Can't wait to release the video with it. It's not a vlog necessarily, or a music video, just perserving memories with my son. I encourage you to go create! Regardless if it's been a while, you're not the best at it, you don't have the best....as long as your motives are right, you'll never regret creating. It was a weekend full of excitement and anticipation. Brad and Lauren were getting married in the enchanting city of New Orleans. Family from all over came to the “Cresent City,” to witness their union. Not just to witness as observers, but participants. Their ceremony was 1 of honoring. During the ceremony, family members, friends and the bridal party were honored with special notes from Brad and Lauren, honoring them for their feats in life. It was moving; not a dry eye in the place. The city of New Orleans provided a complimentary backdrop to their story. Vibrant, old-fashioned, upbeat, yet easy, slow; it was the perfect city to celebrate the joining of these 2 beautiful people. A lifetime of blessings to these 2 & I would say many children but, they are going to be happy with 1 :)

I was able to capture this breathtaking scenery the other morning coming into work. This year I’m thankful for soooo many things as always, but certain people God has placed in my life has been a testament of amazing grace. Underserved, unmerited favor indeed. It has been a turn around year for me in ways I can’t explain, esp. work and relationship wise. God has turned trial into a testimony. No failures, only lessons.
