In 1965, had a dream that Willie Nelson wrote a song for him. He called Willie to tell him about it and Willie told Johnny he had written a song for him to record. Willie sent it to him, but it was misplaced for twenty years. Once found, it landed on Cash’s “Rainbow” album, produced by Chips, who also lends a stellar guitar solo to the tune.
