“You could lose 10 pounds.”

That’s a thought I’ve had in my head for a couple weeks now.

I get why it’s there. I actually have compassion for the part of me that has this thought.

It comes from years of dieting, deep seeded struggles with my own body-image, and relentless societal pressure to always be skinnier.

So, “it’s okay” I say to the thought, I get where you come from. 🤍

AND, I know the truth.

The truth is that THIS is the body that allows me to live my happiest life. THIS is the size I take when I listen to my body and enjoy food. THIS is how I look when my relationship with my body and food is healthy.

In realizing that, I choose PEACE over the desire to be skinnier.

And suddenly, that thought is just - a thought. 🙏

Am I dreaming?! Met a real earth angel last night !!!! 🥹🎉💜

It was an absolute honor to be invited by the Rare Impact team to their Inaugural Gala dedicated to helping young people with their mental health, especially alongside these amazing humans. I care SO deeply about this cause and am beyond inspired by the way that Selena, and her incredible team, have created such a powerhouse company that is rooted in creating REAL change - it’s truly remarkable. 🫶

what does it mean to truly be compassionate? this is something I’m working on right now in my own life, I’m trying to show up as my best self even in the midst of difficult situations. i’ve recently have had some very powerful break throughs ( 🥲) and wanted to share some incredible words of wisdom from and that have been major north stars! I know we ALL deal with this in our own ways, hope these quotes help.

My heart is bursting with joy to announce my new limited podcast series, So Much To Say, co-hosted by my best friend 😇✨

When I think about the things in life that have been the most impactful to me as a person, in my relationships, and as I try to better my own mental health, I think of the intimate discussions Aubs & I had in 2020 when we were both reading Eckart Tolle’s bestselling book, A New Earth. (It is seriously LIFE CHANGING!!!)

Funny enough, the book was so dense and confrontational that we actually didn’t finish it… so this us dusting off our copies of A New Earth to finish the work we started!

Every Friday we’re sharing our vulnerable chapter discussions so that any person out there who’s looking to make the journey inward can have two buddies right there with them! We invite you to join us, order a copy, and tune in this Friday. Our intro episode sharing more about what’s in store airs 8/18, and our Chapter 1 discussion airs 8/25 (so you have time! 😅📖 )

2 things I’m struggling with & 2 things I’m grateful for:
