आल इंडिया कांग्रेस कमेटी ने गुजरात और हिमाचल प्रदेश में आगामी विस चुनाव के लिये कादियां निवासी और विरोधी दल के नेता पूर्व संासद प्रताप सिंह बाजवा को हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिये आबर्जवर नियुक्त किया है। गुजरात विस चुनाव के लिये सीनियर आबजर्वर श्री अशोक गहलोत होंगे जबकि टी एस सिंह देव और मिलंद देवड़ा आबजर्वर होंगे । हिमाचल के लिये भूपेश बघेल सीनियर आबजर्वर जबकि सचिन पायलट और प्रताप सिंह बाजवा आबजर्वर होंगे।

पुलिस कमिश्नर कार्यालय शिकायत देने पहुंचे द ग्रेट खली; लाडोवाल टोल प्लाजा पर हुए विवाद का मामला

लुधियाना के लाडोवाल टोल प्लाजा पर गत दिवस हुए विवाद के मामले में दिलीप राणा उर्फ ग्रेट खली आज पुलिस कमिश्नर कार्यालय पहुंचे और अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई। पत्रकारों से बातचीत में द ग्रेट खली ने कहा कि वह कल जालंधर से करनाल की ओर जा रहे थे कि सुबह करीब 9 बजे टोल प्लाजा पर कुछ लोग जबरदस्ती उनसे फोटो खिंचवाने की कोशिश करने लगे और जब उन्होंने मना किया तो उनके साथ बदतमीजी की गई। इसे लेकर उन्होंने पुलिस को शिकायत दी है और उन्हें बदनाम करने के लिए वीडियो बनाने सहित की गई इस सब हरकत की गहराई से जांच करके आरोपियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

वहीं पर एसीपी सुमित सूद ने बताया कि खली की शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस मामले की हर एक एंगल से जांच कर रही है।

Massive Response To Portal Launched By Cm For Registering Grievances Related To Possession Of Property

Move aimed at stopping loot of common man from hands of illegal colonisers

In consonance with the commitment of the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to provide clean, transparent and responsive administration to people, the online portal launched by Chief Minister for enabling citizens to register their grievances related to the possession of plots is getting massive response.

Divulging the details a spokesperson of the Punjab government said that, the portal "https://grcs.punjab.gov.in", was launched by the Chief Minister a few days back. He said that main aim of launching portal was to check the loot of common man from hands of illegal colonisers. The portal is acting as boon for people, who have come forward in large number and gave a tremendous response to this citizen centric initiative of state government by registering their grievances.

The portal has so far received 162 complaints which are being processed for sending them to the concerned Department for necessary action. The portal was necessitated as Colonizers/ developers sell plots in the outskirts of the cities by luring the innocent people. These illegal colonies not only result in haphazard urbanization in the state but also cause lots of hardships to the common man.

The citizens have been facing difficulties to get the possession of the properties where either the allotment letter is issued by the concerned developers/colonizers/authorities or deeds were registered, but they were unable to get the possession of the property due to varied reasons. As the citizens could not get possession of plots after spending their hard earned money on getting these plots so they have to run from pillar to post for getting the possession. Even they have to rush from one office to another for get the basic amenities like water supply, sewerage, electricity and others. To mitigate the woes of the common man the Chief Minister had launched this portal thereby giving a huge reprieve to them, added the spokesman.

डेरा मुखी किडनैप? जेल में नकली राम रहीम! डेरा प्रेमियों ने याचिका दायर कर किया दावा

डेरा सच्चा सौदा सिरसा से जुड़े कुछ डेरा प्रेमियों ने पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाइकोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर करके आरोप लगाया है कि डेरे की गद्दी हड़पने की साजिश रची जा रही है। जेलमें बंद डेरा मुखी गुरमीत राम रहीम असली नहीं है तथा असली राम रहीम किडनैप हो चुका है। पैरोल पर आया राम रहीम भी नकली है। याचिका डेरा पे्रमी अशोक कुमार व अन्य ने दायर की है जिसमें हरियाणा सरकार के अलावा हनीप्रीत व डेरा प्रशासक पीआर नैन को पार्टी बनाया गया है। साथ ही मांग की है कि इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए। क्योंकि जेल में बंद राम रहीम के हाव भाव बिल्कुल अलग है। जिसमें उनका कद बढ़ा हुआ है और हाथ व पैर की अंगुलियों की लंबाई भी असली राम रहीम से अधिक है। हालांकि डेरा इन बातों का खंडन कर रहा है। मामले की सुनवाई जस्टिस करमजीत सिंह की बेंच सोमवार को करेगी।

Cm भगवंत मान मंत्रीमंडल का विस्तार कल

पंजाब की सीएम भगवंत सिंह मान की अगुवाई वाली आप सरकार द्वारा 4 जुलाई को मंत्रीमंडल का विस्तार किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए कल एक प्रोग्राम रख लिय गया है। सत्तापक्ष हलकों में आम चर्चा है कि भगवंत मान मंत्रीमंडल में चार से पांच नए चेहरों को मंत्री के तौर पर शामिल किया जा सकता है। फिलहाल मंत्रीमंडल में सीएम सहित आठ मंत्री शामिल है। जोकि सत्ता में संभालने के समय इनकी संखया 9 थी। तथा हेल्थ मिनिस्टर विजय सिंगला की करप्शन मामले में बर्खास्तगी व गिरफतारी के बाद किसी नए मंत्री को शामिल नहीं किया गया था। संगरूर लोकसभा उप चुनाव के बाद से ही मंत्री मंडल में विस्तार की चर्चाएं तेज हो गई थी। विगत दिनों सीएम मान ने दिल्ली में आप सुप्रीमो अरविंद केजरीवाल से भी भेंट की थी। जिसके बाद विस्तार की चर्चाओं को और बल मिला था। नए मंत्रियों में अमन अरोड़ा, प्रिंसिपल बुद्ध राम, सरवजीत कौर माणुके, अनमोल गगन मान, डा. इंद्रबीर सिंह निझर, बलजिंदर कौर, अजीत पाल कोहली के नाम सबसे अधिक उभरे हुए है।

Gangsters in Punjab: Hard Realities

The gangsters have been a serious challenge in Punjab for a long time. Punjab witnessed many small gangs of criminals even before rise of terrorism but the problem was overshadowed by terrorism which dominated the state for a one and half decade. Subsequently, the problem of gangsters once again emerged as a serious threat in the state. However, the incident of Nabha Jail Break-out on November 27, 2016 brought nationwide attraction to the issue of gangsters in Punjab. At that time, the police openly acknowledged that 57 organized gangs, having 420-odd members, were operating in the state.

• a fully dedicated Home Minister having no other important portfolio who can take care of law & order situation by systematic strategies
• an ‘Operation Clean’ in the Punjab Police to trace and caught black sheep in the force who are patronising and using the gangsters for their vested interests.
• a Commission under the headship of a Retired Chief Justice of High Court should be appointed to investigate the nexus between politicians and gangsters.

Three-member Sit Constituted For Speedy Investigation Of Sidhu Moosewala’s Murder

While Leaving Home, Sidhu Moosewala Didn’t Take Along Two Police Personnel Deployed For His Security, Also Leaves His Bullet-proof Car At Home, Says Dgp Punjab

On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab VK Bhawra, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Bathinda Range Pardeep Yadav constituted three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to ensure effective and speedy investigation of the murder of Shubhdeep Singh alias Sidhu Moosewala. The SIT members include SP investigation Mansa Dharamveer Singh, DSP Investigation Bathinda Vishawajeet Singh and Incharge CIA Mansa Prithipal Singh. Sidhu Moosewala, who left his house around 4:30 pm along with two persons- Gurwinder Singh (neighbor) and Gurpreet Singh (cousin) was shot dead by some unidentified persons. Shubhdeep Singh was driving his Mahindra Thar Vehicle. DGP VK Bhawra, while addressing a press conference here said that when Sidhu Moosewala reached village Jawahar Ke, they were followed by a white corolla and they were intercepted from the front by two cars including white Bolero and a dark Grey Scorpio. “There was heavy firing from the front on Sidhu Moosewala and his friends, where all sustained bullet injuries,” he said adding that the police team reached at the spot immediately and trio were taken to Civil Hospital Mansa where Sidhu Moosewala was declared brought dead, while His cousin and his friend are in stable condition, and they have been referred to Patiala for further treatment. On withdrawal of Sidhu's security, the DGP said that in view of Ghallughara week, the police had temporarily withdrawn only two security personnel of Sidhu Moosewala for law and order duty, while he had two Police Personnel from Commando Battalion deployed with him. “While leaving home today, Sidhu didn’t take along his two police personnel and also left his private bullet-proof car at home,” he said. The DGP said that, prima facie, it seems to be an inter-gang rivalry between Lawrence Bishnoi Group and Lucky Patial group. “Lawrence Bishnoi group has taken the responsibility of Sidhu Mooswala’s murder citing it as a retaliation to the killing of Vicky Midhukhera,” he said. Pertinently, three shooters identified as Sunny, Anil Lath and Bholu, all resident of Haryana have already been arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell in connection with the murder of Vicky Midhukhera, while, another accused identified as Shaganpreet, who was manager of Sidhu Moosewala was also nominated as accused in the FIR registered regarding the murder of Vicky. Shaganpreet has escaped to Australia and is wanted by the Police. The DGP said that preliminary investigations revealed that three weapons including 7.62mm, 9 mm and 0.30 bore weapons were used in the crime. It is still under investigation, he added. Meanwhile, the DGP directed IG Bathinda range Pradeep Yadav, SSP Mansa Gaurav Toora and SSP Bathinda J Elanchezian to camp in Mansa, while ADGP Law and Order has mobilised the required force to nab the murderers of Sidhu Moosewala.

4 भारतीयों सहित 22 यात्रियों को ले जा रही नेपाल की प्राइवेट एयरलाइन तारा एयर की फ्लाइट लापता

नेपाल की प्राइवेट एयरलाइन तारा एयर की एक फ्लाइट रविवार को लापता हो गई है. इस फ्लाइट का ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल से संपर्क टूट गया है. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार तारा एयर के इस छोटे पैसेंजर प्लेन में कुल 22 यात्री थे, जिनमें चार भारतीय, तीन जापानी और बाकी सभी नेपाली नागरिक थे. प्लेन में तीन क्रू मेंबर सवार थे.अभी तक की जानकारी के मुताबिक, दो इंजन वाला Tara Air 9 NAET पोखरा से जोमसोम जा जहाज का रास्ते में कंट्रोल रूम से संपर्क टूट गया.
जोमसोम राजधानी काठमांडू से 80 किलोमीटर उत्तर-पश्चिम में है

चीफ डिस्ट्रिक्ट ऑफिसर नेत्रा प्रसाद शर्मा ने बताया कि मुस्तांग जिले के जोमसोम में प्लेन को आसमान में देखा गया, इसके बाद यह धौलागिरी की पर्वतों की ओर मुड़ गया और उसके बाद से इसका कुछ पता नहीं चला.

न्यूज एजेंसी के मुताबिक, नेपाल के गृह मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता फणींद्र मणि पोखरल ने बताया कि गृह मंत्रालय ने लापता एयरक्राफ्ट को ढूंढने के लिए दो प्राइवेट हेलीकॉप्टरों को तुरंत तैनात कर दिया है. नेपाल सेना के चॉपर को भी तलाशी अभियान के लिए तैनात किया जा रहा है.

जालंधरः DC ने बताया 99 कॉलोनियों को अवैध, बाकायदा आदेश जारी कर CP व DC को बिल्डरों पर कार्यवाही के दिए निर्देश, पढ़ें बिल्डरों के नाम व ILLEGAL COLONIES की LOCATION

डिप्टी कमिश्नर घनश्याम थोरी ने आज पुलिस विभाग को जिले में पिछले 2 सालों से नाजायज कॉलोनी विकसित करने पर 99 कॉलोनाइजरों के विरुद्ध पंजाब अपार्टमेंट और प्रापर्टी रेगुलेशन एक्ट के तहत FIR दर्ज करने के लिए कहा इनमें से 12 कॉलोनियां कमिश्नर पुलिस के अधिकारिक क्षेत्र में पढ़ती है, जबकि एसएसपी देहाती क्षेत्र में है। डिप्टी कमिश्नर जिनके पास विकास अथॉरिटी का चार्ज है की तरफ से कॉलोनियों के मालिकों के खिलाफ FIR भेजने के लिए पिछले 2 सालों में अवैध कॉलोनियों की एक सूची भी भेजी गई है। जे.डी.ए की तरफ से कमिश्नरेट और देहाती पुलिस दोनों को उनके अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाली गैर कानूनी कॉलोनियों के बारे में लिखा है। डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने बताया कि अब इन कॉलोनीयों के मालिकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई है और सूचित किया गया है।

डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने कहा कि कमिश्नरेट और देहाती पुलिस हिदायत जारी की गई है कि सूची में दर्ज कॉलोनाइजर के विरुद्ध अगर अभी तक FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई तो इसको दर्ज करना यकीनन बनाया जाए। इसके लिए ही पुलिस की तरफ से कार्रवाई के बारे में जिला प्रशासन को परिचित कराया जाए। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि सूची में दर्ज कॉलोनियों की दरखास्त जेडी की तरफ से रेगुलराइजेशन नीति के तहत जरूरी फीस और दस्तावेज जमा ना करवाने के कारण खारिज की गई थी। जिसके उपरांत पुलिस विभाग को समय-समय पर और रेगुलेशन एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए कहा गया था।

उन्होंने बताया कि संबंधित अथॉरिटी की तरह से ऐसी गतिविधियों के खिलाफ पहले ही मुहिम शुरू की जा चुकी है। जिसके तहत डंठा में अवैध कॉलोनी को हाल ही में तोड़ दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कॉलोनियां के कारण सिर्फ सरकारी खजाने को भारी नहीं नुकसान हो रहा है। बल्कि लोगों के साथ भी धोखा किया जा रहा है। क्योंकि इन कॉलोनियों के रहने वालों को बिजली, सड़क, पीने वाला पानी, सीवरेज सिस्टम समेत और कई बुनियादी ढांचे की कमी के कारण समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने कहा कि संबंध कॉलोनी कॉलोनी को रेगुलर करने संबंधी किसी भी तरह की जानकारी लिए स्टेट चंद्रशेखर से उनके मोबाइल नंबर 8196040008 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं

सिद्धू मूसेवाला की गोली मारकर हत्या- 7 राउंड हुई फायरिंग, कल ही सुरक्षा ली गई थी वापस

पंजाबी गायक सिद्धू मूसेवाला की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक कथित तौर पर मानसा के जवाहरपुर गांव में उन पर फायरिंग हुई थी, जिसके बाद गंभीर हालत में गायक को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। मूसेवाला कांग्रेस के टिकट पर विधासभा का चुनाव भी लड़े थे।
बताया जा रहा है कि अज्ञात हमलावरों ने उन पर हमला किया। मूसेवाला पर करीब 7 राउंड फायरिंग की गई है, इस अटैक में 3 अन्य लोग भी घायल हुए हैं। सिद्धू मूसेवाला कनाडा में पढ़ने के लिए गए थे, जिसके बाद जब वो पंजाब लौटे तो सिंगर बनकर लौटे थे।सिद्धू मूसेवाला कई विवादों से भी जुड़े रहे थे। एक ही दिन पहले सिद्धू मूसेवाला की सुरक्षा को वापस लिया गया था। चश्मदीदों के मुताबिक तीन अज्ञात हमलावरों ने फायरिंग की।

चंडीगढ़: नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू की पत्नी डॉ. नवजोत कौर सिद्धू ने पंजाब की कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर सी.एम. भगवंत मान और अरविंद केजरीवाल को ट्वीट किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में अपराध अपने सारी हदें पार कर चुका है। इसके लिए सही कदम उठाने की जरूरत है। नवजोत कौर सिद्धू ने आई.पी.एस. अधिकारी विजय प्रताप के समर्थन में बात की है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुंवर विजय प्रताप वरिष्ठ आई.पी.ए. अधिकारी हैं उन्हें गृह मंत्री का पद देना चाहिए था।

सिद्धू ने कुंवर विजय प्रताप में के हक में बात करते हुए कहा कि सबको याद होगा जब वह अमृतसर में तैनात थे तो किसी में अपराध करने की हिम्मत नहीं थी। वह कुछ ही घंटों में अपराधी को पकड़ लेते थे और उन्हें दंडित किया जाता था। इसके अलावा वी.आई.पी. भी उन्हें गलत कहने से डरते थे। उस समय स्नैचर्स और गैंगस्टर गायब हो गए थे। बता दें विजय प्रताप सिद्धू परिवार के काफी करीब रहा है। भाजपा का सांसद रहते हुए नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने ही उन्हें 2007 में अमृतसर का एस.एस.पी. बनवाया था।

अमृतसर: आम आदमी पार्टी के अमृतसर उत्तरी से एम.एल.ए. और कोटकपूरा और बहबल कलां गोलीकांड मेंजांच अफसर रहेकुंवर विजय प्रताप ने पुलिस अफसर प्रबोध कुमार की डी.जी.पी. इंटेलिजेंस और अरुणपाल सिंह की अमृतसर पुलिस कमिशनर के तौर पर हुई नियुक्ति पर ऐतराज़ जताया है।

उनका कहना हैकि इन दोनों अफसरों नेकोटकपूरा और बहबल कलां कांड में बड़ेरा जनीतिक परिवारों को बचानेके लिए पूरा जोर लगाया था। फेसबुक पोस्ट द्वारा कुंवर विजय प्रताप नेमांग की कि इन नियुक्तियों पर पुनर्विचार करनेकी जरूरत है ताकि सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल न उठाए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोटकपूरा और बहबल कलां गोलीकांड की सही जांच न होनेके रो ष के चलतेही उन्होंनेअपना इस्तीफा दिया था। जिन अफसरों ने राजनीतिक परिवारों को बचाया था, आज उन्हेंही अहम ज़िम्मेदारी दी गई है।

First dissent: AAP MLA objects to Mann’s pick for intel chief, Amritsar police head

While Arun Pal Singh, a 1997-batch IPS officer, was posted as Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, during a reshuffle on Saturday, the Punjab government had appointed 1988-batch IPS officer special DGP Prabodh Kumar as the state’s new intelligence chief on March 25.

The ruling Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab Saturday felt some rumblings within the state unit with party’s Amritsar North MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh raising objections to Chief Minister Bhagwant mann raising objections to appointments of two senior IPS officers — Prabodh Kumar as Special DGP (Intelligence) and Arun Pal Singh as Amritsar Police Commissioner.

While Arun Pal Singh, a 1997-batch IPS officer, was posted as Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, during a reshuffle on Saturday, the Punjab government had appointed 1988-batch IPS officer special DGP Prabodh Kumar as the state’s new intelligence chief on March 25.

A former IPS officer, Kunwar Vijay Pratap had resigned from Punjab Police, where he held an IG-rank position, in April last year soon after the Punjab and Haryana High Court quashed the probe by a Special Investigation Team led by him. The SIT was probing into two cases of police firing at people who had been protesting against the desecration of the Guru Granth Sahib in Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan of Faridkot district in 2015. He had later joined AAP.

In a Facebook post late Saturday night, Kunwar Vijay Partap wrote: “On wide demand of common people, I have requested, at appropriate party forum, to reconsider the posting of two police officers who were part of the then SIT as Number one and Number two, who favoured big political families. These two officers are responsible for denial of justice in Bargari-Behbal-Kotkapura cases. I was at number three in the SIT. Number one has been posted as Intelligence chief, the most powerful position in the police department. Number two has been rewarded as Police Commissioner of the holy city of Amritsar”.

“Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh (Number three) already resigned on this very day (last year)…. So, I have requested at appropriate party forum to reconsider both these recent postings. I have also requested to Hon’ble Chief Minister, through a letter, citing specific points to be done by our AAP government, to impart justice in Bargari cases,” he further wrote.

While AAP had installed posters of Kunwar Vijay Pratap across the state after he joined the party, he was not given any important responsibility in the party’s government.

Recalling that he resigned on April 9, last year from the IPS, “still having 9 years of service”, he said it was not an ordinary resignation. “It was for a cause and cause was for the existence of Punjab and people of Punjab. I expressed my feelings on 13 April 2021, Baishakhi Day, in response to a press note released on behalf of the then Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, in which it was said that “CM has rejected the resignation of Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh”. I had clearly stated that I will continue to work for the society in the best possible manner, but not as an IPS officer. Finally, I got relieving letter on 22 April from the Punjab government,” the AAP MLA wrote.

Kunwar Vijay Pratap said he had clearly stated that nobody should politicise or glamorise the sacrilege issue in any manner. “Those who did politics on this issue, were punished by the ‘most superior court’, that is of Guru Gobind Singh Ji…. Guru Maharaj has punished two big political families of Punjab, who were over jealous on my resignation. These two families will never come on the political arena of the State of Punjab. People in general have very high hopes from our AAP Government to impart “complete justice” in Bargari-Behbal-Kotkapura matter,” he added.

मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने सुरक्षा पक्ष से अहम दफ़्तरों को छोड़ कर बाकी सभी दफ़्तरों में मोबाइल फ़ोन ले जाने की अनुमति दी

मुख्यमंत्री के आदेशों पर पंजाब सरकार द्वारा आम जनता से अच्छे व्यवहार के अलावा स्टाफ की दफ़्तरों में समय पर हाज़िरी यकीनी बनाने सम्बन्धी दिशा-निर्देश जारी

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री स. भगवंत मान के निर्देशों पर पंजाब सरकार द्वारा दफ़्तरों में दूर-दराज से काम-काज के लिए आने वाले आम लोगों की सुविधा के लिए सभी प्रशासनिक सचिवों, विभागों के मुखियों, डिवीजनल कमीशनरों और डिप्टी कमीशनरों को सभी अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों का दफ़्तरी समय का पाबंद रहना यकीनी बनाने के लिए विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश जारी किये गए हैं।

इसी तरह, पब्लिक डिलिंग वाले दफ़्तरों में आने वाले हरेक व्यक्ति के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करने और ठीक ढंग से मार्गदर्शन करने के इलावा आम जनता को मिलने के लिए समय निर्धारित करने के लिए कहा गया है।

यह भी ध्यान में आया है कि कुछ दफ़्तरों में आम लोगों के मोबाइल फ़ोन ले जाने पर मुकम्मल पाबंदी है, जिस कारण उनको भारी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है। इसके मद्देनज़र अब मोबाइल फ़ोन लाने पर पाबंदी नहीं होगी बल्कि उन दफ़्तरों में ही मोबाइल फ़ोन ले जाने पर आंशिक पाबंदी होगी, जहां सुरक्षा कारणों से ऐसा करना लाज़िमी हो।

पंजाब सरकार ने कल बुलाया विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र

पंजाब सरकार ने शुक्रवार को विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र बुलाया है. केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने केंद्रशासित प्रदेश चंडीगढ़ के सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अब केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के बराबर वेतन और अन्य लाभ देना से संबंधित प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है. केंद्र सरकार के इस फैसले के चलते ही पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने कल ये विशेष सत्र बुलाया है. मिली जानकारी अनुसार चंडीगढ़ पर पंजाब के दावे को दोहराने के लिए पंजाब सरकार ने ये विशेष सत्र बुलाया है.

पंजाब में लोगों को अभी नहीं मिलेगी 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली, नई दरों का ऐलान, पढ़ें रेट

चंडीगढ़। पंजाब में आज बिजली के नए दरों का ऐलान हो गया है। अभी पंजाब के लोगों को 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ेगा। राज्य में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनने के बाद पंजाब राज्य बिजली नियामक आयोग ने 2022-23 के लिए अपने टैरिफ प्लान को जारी कर दिया है।

लोगों को भले ही 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली नहीं मिले, लेकिन आम उपभोक्ताओं के जेब पर कोई अतिरिक्त बोझ भी नहीं पड़ने वाला है, क्योंकि आयोग ने टैरिफ प्लान में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है। आयोग ने कहा है कि कोविड काल को देखते हुए टैरिफ के रेट में कोई बढ़ोत्तरी नहीं की जा रही है।

पीएसपीएल को 36149.60 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व प्राप्त होगा
आयोग के अनुसार घोषित टैरिफ से पीएसपीएल को 36149.60 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व प्राप्त होगा। आमदनी व खर्च में 88.05 करोड़ रुपये का अंतर है। जिसे 2023-24 के लिए समायोजित किया जाएगा। बता दें कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने विधान सभा चुनाव के दौरान लोगों को 300 यूनिट फ्री बिजली देने की गारंटी दी थी।

लोगों को उम्मीद थी कि सरकार बनने के बाद आप इस गारंटी को लागू कर सकती है। चूंकि नई सरकार को बने अभी 15 दिन भी नहीं बीते है। अत: सरकार ने अपने वादे को तो पूरा नहीं किया है अलबत्ता टैरिफ रेट में कोई वृद्धि न करके कोई अतिरिक्त बोझ भी नहीं डाला है।

301 से अधिक यूनिट होने पर 7.50 रुपये

बेअदबी केस में एसआइटी द्वारा डेरा मुखी मुख्य आरोपी के तौर पर नामजद

श्री गुरू ग्रन्थ साहिब जी की बेअदबी मामलों की जांच में जुटी SIT ने इस मामले में डेरा सच्चा सौदा के प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम को मुख्य आरोपी के रूप में नामजद किया है। SIT ने हरियाणा की सुनारिया जेल में बंद डेरा मुखी को 4 मई को वीडियो को कॉन्फ्रेंस के जरिये अदालत के समक्ष पेश होने के आदेश किये हैं।

रोड रेज मामले में नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई आज

1998 में पटियाला में हुए एक रोड रेज मामले में नवजोत सिंह सिधू को लेकर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दोपहर 2 बजे अहम सुनवाई होने जा रही है। इस मामले में पहले केस के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सिधू को 1 हजार रुपये जुर्माना लगाया था। इस फैसले पर पीड़ित परिवार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पुनर्विचार याचिका दायर की है। जिस पर आज दोपहर 2 बजे सुप्रीम कोर्ट सुनवाई करेगा। बचाव में सिधू अपने तीन दशक के बेदाग सियासी के खेल करियर का हवाला दिया है।
