The Mentone Special is an independent publication based at the University of Redlands. Its goal is to explore unconventional student life, ideas, and artwork, providing a forum for campus dialogue that is less restrictive or specific than the Bulldog Weekly or Redlands Review. It features work from students at the university, and was created by Joseph Taylor and Anthony Sgro over an extensive editing and design process.
