About Black Mountain Music and Talent , LLC Generated by The Don Barnard Agency.

Our Story BLACK MOUNTAIN MUSIC AND TALENT formerly SUNCOAST MUSIC PRODUCTIONS·SUNDAY, JULY 22, 2018

What started out with two ambitious ladies working in artists relations , promotions and talent scouting turned out to be so much more. With the help of Don Barnard and The Don Barnard Agency, these two ladies started Suncoast Music Productions. Tracy Palmere/Ariff is the daughter of a well-know jazz trumpet player and was drawn into the behind the scenes aspect of music when she was 17-years-old. She began going to clubs and sitting back with the sound tech, observing and learning everything she could about what goes on behind the scenes. She booked her first local band when she was 17 and continued to do so into her 20s. She booked the bands for all of the local clubs she worked at. Claire DaBelko has studied music since she was 8 years old. She played a musical instrument for 18 years, studied music theory, and middle eastern music and percussion through belly dancing. Claire has an innate instinct when it comes to the music she hears and shares her enthusiasm with those around her. She handles research, bios, and contracts. Suncoast Music Productions represented and booked Where Angels Suffer. Where Angels Suffer was comprised of Stet Howland, Chris Holmes and Randy Piper from W.A.S.P. along with Steve Unger from Metal Church and Rich Lewis from Animal. Suncoast Music Productions has also booked Preacher Stone who contributed music to the “Sons of Anarchy”. In addition they have booked Swamp da Womp and Skinny Molly. In addition Tracy and Claire have worked with the late Jimi Jamison, Glenn Leonard, Robin Zander, Michael Allman, Sheena Brook (The Voice), Great White, Quiet Riot, Kip Winger, Jackyl, Uncle Kracker, Lita Ford, Puddle of Mudd, Everclear, Brett Michaels Band, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, Georgia Satellites, Stephen Pearcy Band. Tracy and Claire have worked on, booked, handled merchandise, and provided ground transportation for The Englewood Music Festival. Having worked with Don Barnard for many years, it was only natural for Tracy and Claire to work the Leesburg Bike Fest for 3 years. They were the go-to girls that got things done behind the scenes. With crowds ranging from 350,000-400,000 people over a 3-day weekend, Leesburg is the world’s largest 3-day bike fest. It comprises 10 stages with over 100 bands. Tracy and Claire handled hospitality, merchandise, transportation, and all-around handling of the artists. Tracy has also booked several bands for Leesburg Bike Fest and continues to do so. Having relocated to Henderson, Nevada, we found it fitting to change the name to Black Mountain Music and Talent in homage to what we see from our windows.. We will still continue to work directly with Don Barnard and hope to expand and being many talented artists to the Southwestern United States.
