I will never forget this moment of this phone call 7 years ago this week of Adam letting his dad know he got his first 1st place metal during his first solo season back in March 2016.

From my point of view just imagine stepping out onto an vast empty silent white space of an ice rink so young, here are the 2 minutes where all the hours of early am training and years of practice meet. All eyes on you and your music plays, you step forward fearlessly. This is why in my eyes you have already won and we as parents proudly supported you on your journey.

Here's to celebrating victories & continuously stepping out of your comfort zone.
