Here we have our next episode of Super Women Series 1 and the inspiring queen in question is the very talented British jewellery designer Tessa Metcalfe Jewellery.

The team visited Tessa at her Clerkenwell boutique and workshop one very warm summer’s day a while back to see where she crafts her unique pigeon-inspired designs and bespoke pieces. It was such an enjoyable time with Tessa and her team and a real look into just what goes into building a business like hers.

Super Women

Super Women is a new platform from broadcaster and journalist Georgie Rogers and documentary film director Alice Smith.

The duo joined forces with a crew of aspiring filmmakers to create real opportunities for females in the industry and address gender imbalance behind the camera.

From Elspeth Beard, the first British woman to motorcycle around the world in the 1980s (at the age of 23), to an award-winning record producer Catherine Marks or the person changing the face of women in tech CEO of Code First Girls Amali De Alwis MBE, the films in Series One highlight what it took for women to blaze the trail across music, motorsports, politics, tech and culture to realise their dreams in the most extraordinary ways.
