The Wasatch Wonders are hitting the road! Come to the Elko Conference Center on August 9-10 for ELKO POP CON for fun, games, celebrities and of course COMICS! See you there!

At long last, twelve pages done! 148 work days out of 250, with 21 days per page, so pages have averaged every three weeks instead of the goal, but finished late is better than never finished at all. Only a few pages left before things are ready to go to the printers, though, so watch closely over the next couple of months for some good news!

Hey everybody, it's time for Ogden-Con Vol. 2, and the Wasatch Wonders will be there! It's at the Comfort Suites Ogden Conference Center at 2250 S 1200 W in Ogden! The event goes from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, July 6, and the entrance fee is just $1.00. They'll have comics, toys, games, and other collectibles, so come check it out!

Ten pages done! 115 work days out of 190, with 19 days per page, which isn't quite the goal, so I'll try to pick up the pace for the last six pages.

And the guest stars continue with the Salt City Strangers from Velleity Studios! Hopefully their sleuthing skills can figure out what's behind the spooky scenes!

It's coming together! 91 work days out of 154 is 19.25 days per page, which doesn't help the goal, but with a surgery in there, I'll be cutting myself some slack. It's certainly faster than the I used to work towards, at least.

It's exciting to finally see the issue's guest stars appearing in the artwork. Travis Romney's Mighty Utahn has arrived! Getting his powers from radioactive green Jell-O, he's ready to bring the fight to the Bear Lake Monster!

I've had the wonderful opportunity to meet some some amazing people as I've worked on the Wasatch Wonders. One brilliant local creator is Travis Romney, the mind behind Salt City Comics and the Mighty Utahn! Check out his stuff, and keep an eye out for his crossover story with the Wasatch Wonders, where they square off against another Utah legend, the Bear Lake Monster!

Another spread is finished! That's three pages in each of the stories now! 67 work days, spread over 111 actual days, which is 18.5 days per page, and sliding away from my goal. I'm slowing down a bit, but I've had a lot of meetings with doctors over the next month, so that's kind of understandable.

Two more pages done! Since one of the panels was a two page spread, I opted to finish two from one story instead of one from each. This was 42 days of work, spread over 67 days. That comes out to about 17 days per page, which is pretty close to my goal!

Finally, the first pages for the next two stories are done! The next issue of the Wasatch Wonders will actually be three stories in one volume. One story is finished, and I've chosen to work on these two kind of simultaneously. We'll see how that goes.

I'm also hoping to up my pacing. I've tried to keep my goal, and done okay with it, but I really want to push myself to get this next issue done, so I'm switching to a goal. These two took 22 days, if you only count the days I actually worked on them, and those 22 days were spread over 31 days, which isn't bad when you consider everything else that's been going on over the last month. I'm off to a good start, so wish me luck!
