There are 𝘯𝘰 perfect moms.⁣⁣⁣
They don’t exist.⁣⁣⁣
⁣
There are only real moms⁣⁣⁣
who have days where they feel exhausted,⁣⁣⁣
where they feel so overwhelmed tears fill their eyes,⁣⁣⁣
where they wish for a do-over,⁣⁣⁣
where they lose their patience,⁣⁣⁣
where they feel so depressed and anxious they struggle to leave the bed,⁣⁣⁣
and where they don’t feel like being a mom.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
But they also have days filled with so much laughter,⁣⁣⁣
games of Hide N’ seek and Tag,⁣⁣⁣
and so many “I love yous” and toothy smiles.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
And ALL DAYS ARE OKAY.⁣⁣⁣
⁣
Because through each day, a mom does the best she can⁣.⁣⁣
⁣
And every night, no matter what,⁣⁣⁣
her kids go to sleep draped in her love.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
And the beauty is,⁣⁣⁣
the next day she gets to try everything again with 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 love.⁣⁣⁣

T H I S ❣️

There's a certain point in life one reaches at no particular age.

It's powerful.

It's at this point when you would rather sit and sip the simplest of beverages and read a good book by yourself than be surrounded by others trying to carry on awkward conversations.

It's when you stop worrying about the stain on your shirt as you walk into that store and simply go in to get what you need without a care so you can go back home and put on your favorite permanently stained shirt.

It's when you realize you now likely have a new stained shirt to add to your collection because you couldn't care less about spot-treating anymore.

It's when your tolerance for meanness is all used up and you're completely okay with being that person who calls others out.

It's when you're making the car and credit card payments and absolutely refuse to purchase anything on a payment plan anymore...debt is so overrated.

It's when you're starting to realize how much you have...yet how little you actually need; you wonder what areas you should start downsizing in.

It's when it becomes easier to ignore the drama-chasers and politics-pushers.

It's when life-fulfilling joy becomes a priority and there's no room for self-imposed stress.

It's a big change, but oh man does it make getting older feel sweet.

I asked God to open my eyes, to show me clarity, and He responded “Be an Esther!”

She risked her own life to save her people from destruction. bold and courageous enough to stand for the truth, to voice your opinion and fight for the good of others, even when it means to sacrifice yourself, embracing divine purpose!

If God has put you in a position, it for a purpose.

Esther shows us to Never be afraid to heed that inner voice, and that sometimes we need to step out of our comfort zones and be bold for the sake of others!

She teaches us the importance of using wisdom and discretion in our actions and decisions.
Her humility and willingness to submit to authority reflects the biblical principle of honoring those in authority over us, and ultimately God.
She used her position as queen to advocate for her people and secure their safety. This illustrates the potential impact of using one’s influence and privilege to bring about positive change in the lives of others.

I wanted revenge soooo bad, and then God whispered “They’re already suffering.”…

People show us over and over again who they are. They’re lying, knowing they’re lying, knowing you know they’re lying, and they still lie…

It’s very hard sometimes to keep quiet when we recognize people who lie, manipulate, betray, and put on a show for the world at the expense of others.

But, when people act shady, allow them.
When people betray your trust, allow them.

Their choices are a direct reflection of who they are and where they are in their own journey, NOT who or where you are in yours.

No matter how angry, hurt, or disappointed you may be - Be better, and retaliate with L O V E

Sometimes that may look like retaliating with understanding and compassion.
Other times it may mean retaliating with acceptance and sheer silence.

the Bible says “Hold your peace and the Lord will fight for you, you need only be still.”

When we jump in and try to clear things up for the world, we don’t leave God room to be God.

So, let them act a fool, let them lie, manipulate, betray… but, don’t let their actions put you into a position that would make your actions no better.

You just be still, my friend, respond with love because, when God is for you who can stand against you?
