Enjoy the opportunity to tour more than 60 open studios and discover paintings, sculptures, jewelry, and more in the intimate spaces of local artists. Tickets are just $20, granting access to all studios while supporting art scholarships for Nordhoff High students. The opening reception is tonight at the Ojai Valley Museum from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

🌟 The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) 26th Annual Summit for Danny Community Climb is on October 19 at Elings Park.🌳 This family-friendly event honors the legacy of Danny Bryant, whose tragic struggle with addiction inspired his parents, Bob and Patty Bryant, to establish Santa Barbara’s first youth treatment center.

Participants can choose between an easy 2–3-mile hike or a more challenging 4–5-mile trek, followed by a BBQ, award presentations, and live entertainment by pop rockers, The Tearaways.

Registration is $50 for adults, $25 for youth (ages 8-18), and free for children under 7. For more information and to register, visit www.summitfordanny.org

The Alzheimer's Association California Central Coast Chapter's Walk to End Alzheimer's events are happening this fall. Here are the dates and locations for this year's remaining Walks:

Orcutt, September 28
Westlake Village, October 19
San Luis Obispo, November 2
Santa Barbara, November 16

Alzheimer's continues to inflict suffering on patients and their families, both locally and globally. Walkers and donors are needed to help raise funds to support free local programs and services, as well as research to find a cure for this terrible disease.

🚲✨ Today, Trek Santa Barbara and MOVE Santa Barbara County are partnering for a community bike build event. 🎉 Volunteers will assemble dozens of bikes at Trek’s Goleta location for Carpinteria Middle School and the Goleta Union School District. 🌟 This initiative, funded by the California Office of Traffic Safety and supported by local cities, aims to enhance bike education and provide kids with a fun, healthy mode of transportation. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️
MOVE has already made significant strides this year by teaching bike safety and refurbishing bikes. With Trek’s support, they’re thrilled to extend the joy of biking to even more local youth. 🛠️❤️
