Japan's tsunami survivors use this phone to "call" the loved ones they lost in the 2011 disaster.
They say this phone gives them the solace they need to process the grief they've carried over the years, as Japan marks a decade since the devastating earthquake and tsunami killed nearly 20,000 people.
"I feel better when I talk and think he's listening to me, so I come here a lot," says 76-year-old Sachiko Okawa, who for the past decade has brought her two grandchildren to speak to her late husband after he was swept away by the tsunami.
"The world is in turmoil because of the coronavirus," Sachiko tells her husband of 44 years over the disconnected line. "Please look after us."
