When we blame someone else for how we feel, and then we wait for them to come back to make us feel differently.. it's insanity! How we feel is up to us. We must stop giving that power away to others (family, friends, even complete strangers). If we deal with our own insecurities, we won't rely on external validation anymore. Confidence either comes from within or we are doomed to stay in a co-dependent relationship with the whole world. Claim your own power. Liberate yourself.
