Goliath Bird-eater spiderling molting!
Goliath Bird-eater spiderling molting!

When I was feeding the tarantulas last night, I found Galactus, our Goliath Bird-eater ( Theraphosa blondi ) spiderling / sling on her back. She had JUST been right side up waiting for food, or so I thought lol. I was able to get the nearly 4 hour molting process on video. This is the time lapse for her molt, start to finish.
