Are you familiar with this new foodie trend called “no-recipe recipes”? It’s basically when the creator just gives you a list of ingredients and you make it all on your own without following any specific recipe.

No-recipe recipes are a great way to challenge yourself in the kitchen by learning what certain ingredients (and their quantities) do to food.

This no-recipe recipe calls for flank steak tacos with a pineapple salsa 🤤

- salt and pepper your steak on both sides, then broil for 5 minutes each side
- salsa: pineapple, cilantro, lime, jalapeño, chili powder
- served with cotija cheese and corn tortillas

It’s perfect for dunking your favorite veggies, chips, chicken fingers, etc. into and adds tons of amazing flavor to your salads.
