Full moon energy check-in… 🌕🌟💫⭐️

BUT there’s magic in the messiness

I journaled about what I’m ready to release: that pressure to do it all and quieten the fear that I’m “not enough”

And I set intentions for what I’m calling in:

🌟 Soul-aligned sales
🌟 More joy in the everyday

Because business isn’t just strategy: it’s energy.

And the more I align myself with energy, the more it flows.

I know this might sound a little out there… but I’m sharing something today that has genuinely transformed how I run my business and how I feel about my body.

👉 I plan my launches, visibility, and content around my fertility and moon cycles.

My fertility cycle follows the moon, so I realised that if I was in step with my cycle, everything would flow...

Back in 2020, I used to push, hustle, and burn out - especially during launches.

Now, I align with the energy of the New Moon to set clear intentions… and use the Full Moon to show up, sell, and shine.

It’s not just spiritual fluff - it works...

And it’s helped me create a business that flows, feels good, and actually works.

Christmas in the desert, or Christmas in Communism can feel odd…

But also strangely relieving.

There’s no expectation to enjoy yourself - and how it “should be”.

Lately, I’ve found myself hesitating, doubting, and second-guessing every step I take to promote my business.

I talk about building passive income, creating courses, and crafting a life of freedom...

And yet, I hit a wall of self-doubt 😱

I think perimenopause and divorce have collided, and sometimes external stuff can have an impact on the way you show up.

Here’s the thing: entrepreneurship isn’t always the glossy highlight reel. It’s messy. It’s vulnerable. And sometimes, it’s just plain scary. Putting your work out there means putting yourself out there.

But what keeps me going is the why. I started this journey because I believe in the power of knowledge. I’ve seen firsthand how sharing what you know—whether it’s fitness for mental health or equine dentistry—can change someone else’s life.

And that’s worth showing up for, even when my confidence feels shaky.

I’m showing up today messy and rambling, but because I believe in the work I do. And if you’re reading this, maybe you needed the reminder to keep going, too.

Let’s keep building, one baby step at a time. 🚀

Running a business is one of the biggest head fecks I've ever faced because you can't just rely on your boss or someone to motivate you.

You have to find that inner motivation: day in, day out

Some days, I'm up at 5am and feel unstoppable, full of ideas and energy 🔥

Other days, I question everything, doubt myself and all I do, and I want to snuggle by the fire

It's rare that I'll have duvet day, but they still kick in and send me into a spiral

Here's the truth: success isn’t about winning the mindset game daily. It’s about showing up to play.

If you're a business owner navigating this journey: give yourself grace.

It's so easy to get caught up in ticking off our to-do lists and feeling that dopamine rush of accomplishment...
