This tactic when used in business is done when there is no belief in the company, products or services.

When you believe whole heartedly in what you are selling & who you work for, there are no underhanded tactics required.

Build your relationships with your customers based on what they need and want, not by belittling your competition with rumors and lies.

Sales is not about selling, it is 100% about relationship building and investing in your customer.

So if you have time to spread rumors for the sake of thinking you are going to gain customers, you should rethink your career choice.

Loyalty is what you want and so do your customer.

That doesn't come from rumors or gossip.

Always do what is best for your customer & whole heartedly believe in your product as well as your services.

You can't go wrong with that

It is unfortunate that people take advantage of me as a small business owner.

Unfortunately James Ortega of Spray Foam Ready has taken advantage of not only me but my team.

After many attempts of trying to contact James by phone, text, email, leaving voice mail messages and through messenger there is still no response from him.

I didn't invoice for September rather starting his invoicing in October.

James has not paid or attempted to reach out to me to explain why he was not paying his outstanding invoices.

As of Dec 1, 2022 we are no longer working with James Ortega and his company Spray Foam Ready.

The money remains outstanding and the reminders will continue to be sent until they are paid in full.

Let me be very clear, I will never stop working with someone who communicates with me.

I understand what it is like to be short of money as a small business owner.

When the communication stops and you choose to ghost me, that's when I will stop understanding.

It is unfortunate that James chose to do business this way.

I do hope that anyone else that works with him is not treated this way.
