For a long time, this is something I struggled with.
..and because I was unable to say "No" when it was necessary...

I often found myself frustrated and bitter.

Understand that your inability to use this word will only hold yourself and others back.

I never say "I'm proud of you."

Instead … I say "I'm excited for you."

I say this because I understand we are all a work in progress...
..and there is much more that these people will accomplish IF they keep their foot on the gas.

If you want to win at anything ... you have to work hard every day and do it consistently for a long time.

If you want to find an answer to something ... you can find it online with just a couple clicks.

If you want to improve your mindset and skills ... you need to sharpen these tools through personal development.

It's a great thing to dream, think and work toward enormous goals.

Most people are incapable of seeing outside the realm of possibilities that they observed growing up.

However, dreaming big comes with its own set of challenges...
..mainly and most potentially damaging to a life is the elements of “big goals” combined with an “unawareness” of the amount of effort it actually takes.
