Summer is often great time to take a step back and really get intentional about your next moves in your business. We're slowly (and quickly at the same time) approaching that Q4 energy and it's a great time to allow yourself the space to "day dream" about what you want for your business in that time.

From a social media agency standpoint, we see an influx of leads around the July/ start of August time frame, as people are "trying to put plans in place to have socials taken care of for them, once and for all."

We love this! And we're prepared for it. And, in the same breathe, we are growing and expanding this year like no other year we've had. What this means for you if you're thinking about working with us this fall? Now is the time to book a discovery call with us. With that inevitable summer influx we know is upon us, we are being MORE INTENTIONAL than ever with who we work with. We know we're not for everyone, but for those that we are meant for -- we go all in with you.

This means that our books are currently completely open for that August/ Sept influx, but that won't last forever. Apply to be on our client roster by booking a discovery call + filling out our intake form that goes along with it. That form will set the tone for the conversation we have, and, allows you to get a little taste of what working with us will look like/ the approx investment and services we offer. Unpopular opinion that we think is actually pretty valid as a social media agency ...

The energy you put behind your post is what you're going to get out of it.

And so, what is the energy behind your content? Fear? Doubt? Worry? Discomfort? Confusion about the messaging? Really allow yourself a hot second to think about this.

We love your efforts ... and your Canva account sure loves your efforts too!! But, trust us when we say that if it's not feeling good, you're better off to save that energy and do it when it feels aligned. You ideal client audience can and WILL, FEEL the energy of your content.

Summer is typically when brands come into a season of "doing the things" and then getting clear on the next GOAL for the next SEASON of business [ what we think of as September/ Fall time ]

We've been in this game for enough of these seasons that we know what happens from a "I need to get on social media already!" standpoint.

Come August - owners have had time to sit by the pool for a hot minute, or go for long walks on the beach [ romantic, lol ] and what we see happen is that there is an INFLUX of leads during this time. People realizing that Christmas is literally within the next quarter (from a marketing standpoint) and, with kids going back to school and well, September just being SEPTEMBER -- that RENEWED energy, sends businesses into a state of "we need to do something different to reach a wider audience, we want to see what socials can really do for us - and we're ready to go all in."

We love this for you, and we love this for us!!

So, this is your reminder to do a few things:

1 - use some of your down time this summer to allow yourself to think about your business, your brand -- where you want to take this, the impact you want to make etc (and if you're like woah, stop there I don't have down time, then add in a step before that and make time 😜)
2 - and, reach out to HCC before August 2024 to chat about getting socials started in September -- because our roster reaches capacity *quickly* every September.

Hear us out: an organic social media page built with intention can't help but to do the selling for you.

It's not about what you sell, it's about HOW you do it, and the way you make people feel.

A note from our CEO, Shelby: The way that I don't spend energy selling any more, is beautiful. Instead, I spend energy speaking with qualified and vetted leads, that area already sold on us. We're just looking for the right services and support to meet them where they're at. This allows me to be so intentional about the proposals I create for them. I spend my energy thinking about what services we have that will serve them best based on where there are at and where they want to go, instead of telling them why they need us. My energy is most powerful in building plans for business that will work. It's not best spending trying to convince someone that we are better than another agency.

The truth is: every single agency or social media manger on the planet, serves the purpose for the clients THEY best serve. When you find your match, that's when magic happens for everyone. A note from Shelby 🖤 Being a mama gave me the confidence to step into entrepreneurship - this title gave me the courage to try. The courage to fail. The courage to succeed. I wouldn't want it any other way.

It was my mission [ and one of my why's for creating HCC ] to provide a flexible workspace for everyone on my team, but especially the mamas. We know that when there is a kiddo sick, or a doctor's app, or if a child just needs their mama -- we can drop everything to be there and our teammates will understand fully, and pick us up when we need it.

Being an entrepreneur and the CEO of HCC all while being a Mama [ first and foremost ] has been one of the greatest joys of my life - while simultaneously being the most challenging. And, I wouldn't change ANY of it - including the timeline, and juggling what seems to be, at times, the weight of the world.
