FOR UKRAINE 🇺🇦

'For Ukraine' is a charity music compilation album. An LP made to show the unity and diversity of modern Ukrainian music, though its main goal is to raise funds for local humanitarian organizations to help the country and its people. 100% of the profits generated by this project will go entirely to this cause.

Today we want to raise our voices more than ever through music, as artists, but as Ukrainians most of all, in solidarity with the people suffering the horrors of war in Ukraine.

'For Ukraine’ is a collaborative LP of Ukrainian artists, musicians and creatives. With a varied sound that goes from Indie Pop to Rock or Electronic, the album features some of Ukraine's best and most remarkable artists, many of whom are currently fully immersed in the defense of the country.

Music is a universal language, and, in this case, one more way of saving human lives and showing that the modern and democratic World stands with Ukraine.

The album 'For Ukraine' will be available on 29 of April 2022 as a digital download on the project’s website [LINK IN COMMENTS] and on Bandcamp It will also be available on all major digital streaming platforms as Spotify and iTunes

Faded Media is looking for a passionate part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our new sample pack label Rainbow Sounds. A keen knowledge and experience in digital marketing of the independent music industry are mandatory. Don't apply without previous experience on such position at a record label or publisher.



Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy
Data Analysis: perform data analysis to identify products' target audience; tracking of local and international trends in digital marketing, analysis of competitors activities in digital.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: plan & execute digital campaigns to promote releases by different channels and instruments, develop new effective ways of digital promotion. Preparation of reports.
- Audience Development: grow audience and increase engagement, by implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns in social media. Build an email audience database and perform regular email mailouts in order to promote releases.
- Content Management: Create and manage a content calendar, publish content across various social media channels to spread awareness of the company’s news and releases.

Qualifications

- At least 1 year in marketing in the music field only on marketing position at record label
- Strong knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies
- Understanding and working experience with advertisement and analytical instruments on each social media
- Experience in email marketing
Ability to build creative and innovative label development campaigns
- Data driven & results oriented: ability to analyze and use data to optimize development
- Knowledge about market trends, music industry developments and digital innovations, digital marketing tools
- Extensive knowledge of music market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Passion for music

This is part-time remote work (40 hours per month)
