Law Commentator began as a small campus newsletter at Southwestern Law School. In 2012, it was re-envisioned to be a national outlet for law students to write on topics in which they are interested, and in the process build a name for themselves. Law Commentator is neither censored nor approved in advance by the law school. Student editors develop editorial and news policies and determine coverage
