Belief is the first positive action toward greatness.
It is what we believe that sets us apart.
Beliefs are programmed into our subconscious mind at a very young age. Some say that the years of 0-12 decipher our belief system for the rest of our life. These years are not necessarily our control. After this, our subconscious holds on to these beliefs and beomes a sort of "roommate" in our mind, reminding us of the way that we "should" think. By taking a chance and ecercising that you CAN do great things, you are taking a very powerful step toward DOING them.

Meditation is an amazing way to sort through the 10,000 thoughts that we think per second. Our dominant thought is the one that we allow to occupy space in our mind.

Meditation allows our higher vibrational thoughts to take precedence. Training our mind to know how to be still teaches the difference between our subconscious limiting beliefs, intuition, and fear based thoughts.

Today's topic is Leadership. The most powerful leaders have a method of leading from the back. Instaed of standing over their team they are actually involved with every aspect of their business. They have a way of making their team feel important by allowing them to focus on their strong points, and knowing what those are though their personal involvement. This practice of being present with your team is an excellent way to always know how your system runs. This gives you the ability to make immediate changes when needed, give akalades to those who do exceptional jobs, and re assess weather certain jobe are the right fit for other team members.
