The Norwegian lonewolf FERAL HOWL has joined the ranks of Breath of Pestilence.
In short Feral Howl can be descripted as dark heathen Black Metal, conceptually tapping into the more sinister European pagan tradition.

First release on B.O.P will the “Atavistic Meditations” EP on compact disc, including one additional track that was not featured on the cassette version, released earlier this year. This release is to be followed by a full-length album on compact disc and vinyl. More news in due time.

Breath of Pestilence is proud to announce new addition to its ranks; AVARIS from the ancient Hellenic lands. First release will happen during this spring as a promotional cassette “Hyperborean Chronicles” featuring 2 studio rehearsal tracks (+ exclusive intro and outro) from the up-coming debut full-length album. The album titled “The Doctrine of Awakening” is to be released later this year on Compact Disc and vinyl.

The musical creation of AVARIS draws inspiration from the ageless Nordic Black Metal movement, but also strong echoes of the ever-glorious Hellenic scene can be heard. Lyric-wise they delve into Hellenic traditions, the heroic ideals and the secrets of Hyperborean past.
