VETO MAN CARRYING ABYEI ON HIS SHOULDERS AFTER HIS PREDECESSOR MOTHER TERESA NYANKOL MATHIANG

Abyei the Kashmir of south Sudan & the Sudan is a disputed border region of arable land and semi desert endowed with oil inhabited by two pastoralists; the local Ngok Dinka and seasonal Arab migrants of Misseriyya who've been terrorizing the indigenous population since time immemorial.

Mother Teresa Nyankol Mathiang Dut a veteran singer sung her entire life to the grave about this sticky Abyei issue.

If music was the solution to the plights of Abyei, mother Teresa would've triumphed over the dispute however there's a ray of hope in form of yet another male version of the late predecessor who is sensitizing south Sudanese and the world to look into annihilation of sons and daughters of Abyei through his music.

Deng Chol Deng professionally known as Veto Man Di Classic started music in 2014 in Uganda solely to liberate his native land of Abyei from forceful occupation of government backed Misseriyya.

Half Twic from maternal side, Veto Man of recent lost two of his uncles in the latest Abyei skirmishes and his entire family is being wiped out slowly right in front of his eyes.

His nostalgic music talks about struggle and freedom laced with a call for an uprising.

"Popular uprising by the sons and daughters of Abyei to take charge of their destiny is the only remedy" lamented the baby-face singer cm graphic designer.

Veto Man Di Classic's sombre music is loud and clear. It's up to us the citizens of this Great-To-Be-Nation, the onus of determining Kashmir of the two Sudans' fate rest upon our shoulders.
